Unable to use soul gems in Cyrodiil.

Hey guys just wondering why i can't use soul gems to revive people in cyrodiil? It says on the the tooltip that it can be used to revive people upto level 39, but when my friend died whos is level 32 and i tried to revive him it acted as if i had no soul gems, why is this?

This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.
Please read this before creating yet another nerf thread.

yes but the problem for non vet mode is that you cant fill those soul gems untill you are killing 50+ mobs, and the full ones are 4200 ap to buy,, thats crazy. and its affecting how folk play in cyrodiil . cos hardly anyone can afford to rez each other.

Try casting Soul Trap on siege dummies at the siege firing range. Though I can't really offer any suggestions regarding the cost of the empty soul gem.
Delve bosses in Cyro drop those Grand Soul Gems as well, but I'm not sure about non-vet characters.Dean the Cat
