Maybe make it so that the bosses spawn randomly a few times a day (maybe 3 times in total or 2 times each?) and then the faction that kills it gets control of the wayshrines for 1 hour after the boss is killed?
That would give a temporary advantage that would not completely destabilize PvP.
I do like the general idea, though.

- i wanna to add 3 daedra bosses with unique mechanics, very hard to kill
- each alliance will have its own boss
- only one boss can spawn at the same time

- also the size of the bosses needs to be large - Molag Bal must have a few crazy titans laying around that are just of insane size.
- boss will drop the same items as anchors but alittle better quality
- boss location - 3 ruined bridges near imperial city
- you can use siege weapons to fight with them
- if your alliance kill the boss - all ppl of your allaince will receive access for two additional wayshrines belonged to this boss
- it will calculate total dmg dealt by players of each alliance and even if blue+reds+yellows kill one boss together - access will grant only to alliance who bring more damage
- you can use wayshrine only from other wayshrines, not from the keep
- the ownership of a boss will provide small movement speed bonus for all alliance
- the buff and wayshrine ownerships longs only 1 hour or so
- that would give a temporary advantage that would not completely destabilize PvP.
- when boss become wounded more than 50% health all players of all alliances in cyrodiil will see the icon of the boss like "under siege"
- so remember other alliance can come and interrupt your battle, it must be extremely fun

Also Quad i have done up a world boss segment in my series and i believe these bosses could be closer to world of warcraft mini bosses.
Where it takes large groups to take em down also maybe if they went this path these bosses could give a small buff to everyone who dealt (x) amount of damage to them.
Their size alone was just insane and the closer you got the scary they were.

but i think its hard to balance tho, and alot of whine will inc

Brilliant idea! I wonder if giving the boss a task to perform would make its arrival more epic. Like, what happens if the Boss goes undefeated? Does it destroy keeps? Does the boss roam? Is it going somewhere? Maybe it's attacking the imperial city since that's what Molag Bal is after.
Great core concept though! In other Zones I like the idea of unattended anchors becoming more and more dangerous. In Cyrodiil, a boss sounds fun!

The problem is, giant kaiju type creatures aren't really in Elder Scrolls' wheelhouse. There would have to be some pretty good lore writtem to explain what's going on.... or not. Lol.
Ok. Here's my idea for some of the beasts:
Giant Flesh/Bone Atronach that is composed of the faillen soldiers of Cyrodiil. As it is damaged, pieces fall from its body to the ground. Those pieces rise again as Zombies/Skelton warriors. When the Beast is finally slain, it breaks up into a dozen or so normal sized Atronachs that also must be dealt with.
Giant spriggan trying to reclaim cyrodiil for the trees. Raises spriggans as it moves about. Collapses into lurchers.
Giant frost atronach. Followed by ice wraiths. Collapses into smaller frost atronach.
Ok. So I realized that my idea of War Mount Siege Weapons would go PERFECTLY with this idea.
