A bit paranoid, don't you think?

How so? Care to explain?

Well, I mean that's the whole point of a 'Tech Support' forum right? So, you know, techies can keep track of current issues?Forum mods just redirect most legitimate tech support threads there anyways. Why on Earth would you think posting your problem on FB or Reddit would solve your technical issues? Maybe get with the BBB while you're at it, lol.
I crash randomly every 30 - 90mins. I have also had to 'repair' the download 4 times because I get a 'patch number not recognised' message.
I will not sub for a game that randomly crashes.
I run GW2, never crashed, never got endless loading, npcs and objects ALWAYS load. GW2 is just a tiny bit ABOVE the norm too, its not really that great of a game either.
@Faugaun I got in a solid 6 hours or so yesterday with no crash, including a couple hours spent in Cyrodiil. Too early to tell but I should have crashed at least once in that time. I'll keep you posted though

Ugh ... One of my guildies said he had the install since launch and then reinstalled and it fixed a ton of issues....guess I will do it some night while I am sleeping (maybe tonight if I feel motivated).
Edit: Thanks @Valymer and keep the updates rolling!
It's probably your internet connection.
The load screens hit the servers if you have a high ping well it can be hit and miss as times.
High ping rates can also make the game drop to the launcher as well.
ESO hits their DNS server then you get ported to the game servers, you can't ever actually ping the servers, the lag probably isn't to do with the game servers but being funneled via the DNS server onto the game servers.

Yeah my uninformed guess is that after installing a bunch of patches over the months and also repairing the game a few times, files somewhere in the ESO installation start getting corrupted.
What I did was just renamed the Elder Scrolls Online/live folder to something else, then uninstall the game using the uninstall.exe in the game directory folder. Then I downloaded it again from the account page on the website. Once it installed, I played it for a while without addons (as long as I could stand it) then I just copied the addons folder, Saved Variables folder, and AddOnSettings.txt from the old directory into the new one. I didn't copy UserSettings.txt just to make sure that something in there wasn't causing the crashes, although I don't think that it was. Don't forget to go back in and increase your LUA memory in UserSettings.txt if you run a bunch of addons.
If you start the download before you go to work or before sleeping, it isn't so bad. I feel bad for people who have limited bandwidth usage, though, because it's a big-ass download.

i have given up on any hope of this game getting past this, or ZOS managing to fix all their major bugs..
it has been several months since i had a day where i did not encounter either a Crash report, or broken loading screen (infinite failed zone change)
today it got really bad, 2 crashes in the past 20 minutes alone, and 5 over the day.. additionally 6 endless loadscreens, requring a restart of client to get out of and attempt to change zones again. those last 3 crash reports were rather snippy... one was just a rant and then the next was literally just **** YOU over and over untill i hit the character limit..
its not addons..
its not the PC..
its this game and its awful coding..
i enjoy this game a lot... but this issue is getting worse, and i cant see it getting any better.

I would tend to agree with you, EXCEPT my wife and I have almost identical computers and she doesn't crash at all. We've ran maybe 1 repair on our games in the last year. My game crashes an average of 3-5 times over 3-4 hours and her runs fine. These issues IMO have to do with a bad launcher design and poor game code.
@Valymer, I plan on uninstalling the game tonight and downloading it again. Hopefully this will clear up the issues I've had as of late. It won't help server sided lag tho which is still a big problem during peak hours.

See when its not freeze or infinite load it works flawlessly for me no server side lag so it's really strange...
Because every other piece of software on my computer works like a dream, I just have a really hard time pointing a finger at anything other than ESO itself. But we shall see
