A lot of these are in the game already (Akiviri is the PvP gear (mostly) for example or stuff like Almelexia's armor is probably there for the sake of equipping on the NPC). I would say we won't see some of these as motifs or drops like those, but now that the crown store is around, who knows what they will be willing to sell. The main new sets - the ones that were already showed off last year at the con are the glass, thieves guild, DB, undaunted (not the boss head drops, but reg armor), Imp. Daedric, and alliance war sets. There is also a new set that was recently added to NPCs in the game that you can see the NPCs in Torog's Spite dungeon in northern Bangkorai wearing now (they didn't used to wear the armor they have on now) but I don't see that set on this list but thought maybe we would see it pop up in Orsinium since that is right north of where this dungeon is.

A lot of the stuff in that image is already in game, even if it's only on NPCs.
Ash lander gear is Red Mountain and the helmet is a dolmen drop, Lich gear is in game, the 5th tier craft-able weapons are in game, at least most of them. Akaviri armor is in the game, it's the Dominion/Covenant/Pact PvP gear, the thieve's guild armor is on a few NPCs in the outlaw's refuge.
The only armor in that entire picture I'm looking forward to is Aldmer. I'll never stop using my Imperial Sword or Staves, so new weapons aren't going to excite me.
Dominoid strikes again?
I have some questions regarding some of these styles. I've noticed that there are 5th tier shields and weapons for the races along with some other goodies here like the Mace of Molag Bal and other iconic items or sets.
Can you give us any other insight on this?

Like the Mace is the one Molag Bal uses in the fight against you.

Who's to say that these artifacts might not be a part of a new trial or included somehow into PvP as useable weapons/armor/shields? It could bestow individual power on to one person who holds whichever state the artifact grants it and certain dungeon mechanics etc could be built around them. It could make PvP interesting I know that for a fact and it could help spread people out to alleviate the server load which is something I don't agree players should have to do but it is one of their initiatives to do so.
I could see plenty of uses for these artifacts in-game. I think it would assist PvP realm by adding more objectives around Cyrodiil allowing for more interesting gameplay than zerg A vs zerg B.

They might be someday. But for now they're not.
Many of them are plain unused, like Auriel's Bow, Auriel's Shield, etc.
Some are only used by npcs, like Molag Bal's Mace, and the specific npc outfits, like Alamexia's outfit, Ayrenn's armor (Notice how the helmet has her hair), Sai Sahan's outfit, etc.
