What? Either you're confused, or I'm confused (or both!) or else they sure must have nerfed xp while leveling if you were able to do all of Cadwell's Silver and Gold before hitting 50! Gawd I miss the LOL button

You didn't put any unrewarded effort into finishing that questline though.
Cadwell's Silver and Gold simply represent your finishing the main lines of the other factions in the game. It's not like you weren't rewarded along the way for completing that content.
