Not directed at you but just a general contemplation: that sorc with the 30k shield stack-- I wonder what else he was doing at the time, besides being proud of his beefy shield-stack, and maybe lol'ing at people saying "WTH that guy has a huuuuge shield-stack, so O-peeee."
Running around with a giant shield stack is the ESO equivalent of sticking a cucumber down your pants. It may look impressive from the outside but when its time for action you are going to be disappointed.
That annulment/dampen that really fills out your stack doesn't do jack against all the snipes flying around. But it looks impressive.
Nerf sorcs.... nerf shield stacking.... kk ty. Ahh it feels good to cry for nerfs... now i see why everyone loved crying nerf for dk's
DK SCRUB OUT

It's much more fun to fight those Sorcs who can actually have the chance to hit back because they had their ward to help protect themselves, rather than rip them apart in a couple blows when they stood little to no chance because their best line of defense was taken from them. Yes, it's not as powerful as you're making it out to be, but it's still pretty dang good. As if my opinion matters, but the nerfs Sorcs are getting needs to stop. They deserve an op ability or two, just like any other class. Let them have their ward. They're being nerfed enough as it is.

And as Joy_Division said, every class has an anti-Sorc skill. Because of those and the way Sorcs are set up, they could be torn to shreds if they couldn't have their hardened ward, or at least shield stack. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't find being able to one-shot Sorcs (or any other class, for that matter) fun OR a demonstration of good skill. Skill shows more prominently in the lengthier battles involving several skills, not 3s skirmishes ending and starting with the click of just a couple buttons. It's time Sorcs get more love without constantly being called out against because one of their skills is too op. Every other class has one or two, so the same should go for Sorcs.

So what youre saying is, you disagree with his factual assessment with expletives and accusations of his own player insight and skill.
TG is actually correct, any three good players should always beat any one good player. If you cannot, then thats you, not him.

Those sorcs that shieldstack can be a pain to kill, yes, just remove the shieldstacking, diminishing returns or whatever, only 1 shield active at any one time...something like that. (this is true for every class with a class shield + harness/dampen magicka btw.)

I'm not even a Sorc (at least, none of my mains are), yet I still defend the class. I wouldn't consider that a "poor me" attitude. Of course those skills aren't designed around taking out Sorcs, but they're quite effective for doing so if the Sorc in question doesn't have a way to get around them (fear spam) or isn't careful with what skills they use (Crystal frags, crushing shock, or bow abilities against reflect or eclipse). Sorcs do have ways to counter these, yes, but so does any other class have a way to counter Sorcs.

What insight were you expected to get by making a ridiculous OP? It's hard to take your post seriously when you talk about invincible sorcs pwning everything in sight and Santa on acid. You just sound like someone who got beat and is frustrated.
Every class has a screw sorc option and if you slot it and use it, most sorcs will run away looking for an easier target. Templar: eclipse. DK: scales. NB: fear.

And joy is wrong, saying fear is an anti sorc skill is about one of the siliest things I imagine, same as reflect, the sorc is the one class that has multiple ranged abilities that goes through reflect, hell if you were going to call reflect anti sorc you'd be more right to call it anti nightblade as its more likely to effect them then sorcs (funnel health and cripple for magicka based and all of bow line for stamina base)
Saying any of those skills are designed around countering sorcs is hilariously wrong and shows the length sorcs will go with the poor me attitude

Funny how every campaign I tried tonight was infested with invincible sorcs zapping through the air and pwning everything in sight.
Had a lame 3v1 and it was like fighting a Jedi until we were dead and he zapped his merry way like Santa on acid.
Could I have the same nerf on my NB plz that the sorcs have been whining about, its seems to have done them wonders.

The best proof is that suddenly there are 100% more sorcs in pvp now, even the persons that played other classes for very long time.
Ôh i forgot, they only play it because they want to play hardmode and they accidently gained so much skill now with that broken class that they oneshit people. Dayum, imagine those player on another class.

Except that its not really 17K hp against most damage when you have shields up. Yes, against certain builds and certain attacks, those shields are less useful, but for a lot of the time in Cyrodiil, you really have 30K+ hp.
Those sorcs that shieldstack can be a pain to kill, yes, just remove the shieldstacking, diminishing returns or whatever, only 1 shield active at any one time...something like that. (this is true for every class with a class shield + harness/dampen magicka btw.)

Coming from a DK that has multiple forms of active defense, this is both funny and ironic. You have Green Dragon Blood, Reflective Scales, and Ignenous Shield, all of which "extend" your HP far past what your stat sheet says when putting it the same way that you do and all of which take a different approach to dealing with.
DKs just had it so good for so long that they forgot (never knew?) what it was like to actively think about how to deal with other class' abilities.

Why don't we take your class and nerf some abilities and we can call it even. Every class has few abilities that another class will not have, that is why it is called a 'class'. I believe the sorc with the negate nerf, and the crit surge nerf has had enough nerfs to their class abilities.
