seriously, There has not been even anything related to Skooma addition since Daggerfall and there has never been any other Drinking or vice related effect in ANY elder scrolls games. No, it is not needed

The justice system will allow you to murder townsfolk. ....drinking, drugs and prostitution are somehow worse than taking an innocent life??
please explain how your logic led you to this conclusion.

It's different. Mature rated does not mean X rated.
Sex is private and personal. Seeing someone killing an NPC that re-spawns 1 minute later is not.
I would feel pretty awkward about guildies and players around me openly buying sex from NPC's, than chatting about it in a dude-ish way. They might as well send me tells about how their jerking of as far as I'm concerned.
There's a reason why you cant buy hookers in MMO's, but possible in single player games. It's private stuff. Fellow gamers, sharing the same space and server, dont want be exposed to others sexuality and urges. Doesn't matter if it's pixels, still uncomfortable knowing that the guy standing next is really excited, because he just paid 500 golds to start some erotic scene with a lusty argonian maid.
Would how ever not mind NPC's being prostitutes just standing there, adding to scenery and atmosphere.

I'm not looking for a 'hot coffee mod' addition.... heck it could even fade to black for all I care. But I ask the question, why is excessive violence accepted while something like the house of Dibella is not? it IS part of the gameworld. and we already have 'morale officers' (read between the lines there) in riften and go talk to the NPCs in the thieves den in Windhelm (there's a particular male dancer) Lighten up people It can be done in a way that isn't explicitly vulgar
