I don't think anyone can say "it will never happen" about anything in this game anymore. Every time someone says that, ZOS eventually proves them wrong. No Auction House. Not now, not ever. Sorry.
No AH and probably won't be.

eh... it is not about needing items. People wan't to SELL items, not buy them. Having only handful of customers is a pain in the ass for people who wan't to take other players money.

Did they ever put an Auction House in the game?
With all the crafting that is core to this game, an AH is a necessity.
Public Guild Stores are NOT the answer.

ESO could be a great game.
I enjoyed it a lot but at a certain stage an AH become a necessity as far as I'm concerned.
I will NOT return until they have an Auction House.
Now I'm playing Dying Light.
Definitely no AH needed there

Get Master Merchant, it helps quite a lot.Mountain_Dewed wrote: »I don't understand why players have a hard time going to a kiosk and finding what they need? If you've only previously played games with some type of auction house or other automated server/game wide trading system the absence is probably quite jarring.
For example in GW2 I'm used to being able to open up the Trading Post from anywhere in the world, check whether there's demand for any of my items and what the going rate is and sell them instantly. Equally if I need to buy a particular item, or even something like 250 of a particular crafting material, I can just open up the Trading Post, check the prices and buy as many as I want (or can afford) right away.
By contrast trawling through different guild traders hoping you'll come across someone selling the item/s you want, and needing to somehow know what the going rate is to compare it to what that person is asking, seems like a lot of effort.
I can see the benefits of the system too (like the possibility of coming across a real bargin, that almost never happens with a game-wide trading system) and I'm willing to give myself more time to adjust to it. But it does feel a bit like a throw-back to ye olde days of Ultima Online when everyone stood around the bank hoping desperately to come across someone selling what they wanted to buy.
So Ashy, what are your thoughts on an AH thenlol

I'm so tired of prooving why AH will kill all economic in game. Tired of providing links to ZOS's posts. It's even not funny anymore, it's rather sad. Sad that people think that no need to check previous discussion. Sad that they are too lazy and too unwise to keep this place constructive and civilian. Sad that most people don't use search tool and asking the same questions over and over and over and over and over again. This topic it totally useless.
