What do I have to do to get some support on my issue with logging in?
I have been having this issue all day, i still cannot log in, i've received no help, I sat on the phone trying to contact support for two hours before getting an alien sounding tone that repeated for a few minutes before i hung up the phone.
I haven't received a reply, or call back from support all day long to two separate tickets, and I'm annoyed beyond! I just came back to this game after a break, and look at what it's come to-COMPLETE GARBAGE!

And don't give me a link that leads to a blank page that says a few words. The words come up, i have a server connection. That was of NO help to me.

Did you happen to have an extra number somewhere in there? The ticket number you've provided is a digit longer than our ticket naming convention. It should be six digits, followed by another six digits. ######-######
