So, an update rolled out with higher levels which means that a large amount of VR12 players are in Craglorn grinding to get their VR14 on and large sections of the game are very quiet, but we've have some other casualties along the way.
NB's have been hit hard with the update, Cloak is buggered as is Concealed Weapon and then there are the stealth issues which effect a large portion of NB's
Then there is the nights silence drama, which isn't going away anytime soon.
It's not just NB's that have had issues, staff users now look like they have an additional staff rectally inserted while they run, and there are UI issues of all sorts.
Of course it's not all doom and gloom, some people are enjoying their time in Nirn more than ever with the updates. But there is another MMO that has just landed and with some people reporting guild numbers are dropping, it seems like it is all doom and gloom.
So where do you fit in all of this? There are other reasons for staying or going of course, but I'd like to get a good idea of what is happening.

wafcatb14_ESO✭✭✭still subbed but it goes out Oct. 8th , only thing i`m here for is the AvA while it`s not bad , they didn`t do anything about the Emp trading, and Ava and game as a whole needs a lot of work still . granted its only 5 months old but Warhammer was better then this at launch as far as RvR went and alt means of lvling up etc .2

✭I'm subbed and probably will be until the end of time. I absolutely love ESO and it has so much potential. I'm going to evolve with the game, and I don't see any other MMO that will bring me away from ESO.
Like every MMO there will be generations of people that come and go.
P.S. It's kind of upsetting to see how emotional people get when a patch comes out that nerfs/buffs things then see every complain about it, there will never be true balance in a MMO, there will always be something stronger then another in some cases and others. Unless every single ability does the same effect with the same damage.~Thallen~17 -
LordEcks✭✭✭Still subbed. I switched over to playing FFXIV though. Log in to ESO when I feel like playing alone.
Not that I feel rich or anything but 15 bux isnt a lot of money to me.. so I dont have any problem waiting it out subbed to see if they fix things. The game just isnt all that fun right now with all the PvE imbalance.
Could honestly care less about the PvP imbalance. IMO its a small portion of the game that will never truly be balanced anyway, I dont feel any MMO has achieved that status yet.4 -
Auralia✭✭✭I cancelled my sub and am not playing anymore even though I still have game time until the 10th of October. The thought of grinding out more tedious vet lvls or grouping being the only way to level really put me off.
NB feels totally stuffed and not worth playing, tried to lvl a sorcerer but could not stand going through the same old content again. There needs to be more variety in zones. Such as 3 zones to choose from for each lvl range, not just 1.
Wish I could still play, but feel so bored and feel like Iam wasting money on a sub as the game lacks varied content.12 -

✭The reason for this poll was, (for me at least) to show that the game is still loved by the majority, and currently with 40 odd votes and many more to come I'm sure, 63% of the vote showing that's the case with another 10% undecided I think it's safe to say things are okay.
I've invested a lot of time in this game, and I still enjoy playing with my guildies in PvP, it's this that keeps me coming back for more.
ZOS have a whole lot more time and money invested in this game than I do, so I don't think the writing is on the wall just yet.
P.S. ZOS, the only thing I could say to anyone with a green wreath around their names reading this post is to say that prioritizing your broken class fixes needs to happen immediately, and that's only when things have fallen through your QA net which doesn't seem to be doing a great job right now.
Come on guys, we love the game when it's not broken. Just try not to break it again okay!Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...7 -

I checked AA out on youtube and really like some of the novel features plus a few that are not so new. I really like the idea of owning a plot of land for gardening, etc. for a steady source of mats. The player created villages really had me excited at the possibilities. The best feature looks to be the skill tree situation in which you select three of twenty and truly play how you'd like to play. However, the core mechanics were not enough to draw me away from Tamriel. If only ZOS would find inspiration for fun stuff from other MMOs such as those described in AA along with seasonal events, jumping games, etc. ala GW2. Also, I think it would be better for both the players an the ZOS staff if the developers were more active in game. Probitas✭✭✭My future actions depend entirely on Z at this point. They can either fix the things they've broken and act professionally and admit they brok them, and post a time table for the fixes, or kiss my money good bye. I gave them a chance, and so far they seem determined to lose my money. Waiting for a working economy that is not one sided player wise, and for emails to stop demanding I confirm I want to delete when the game already knows it's empty by providing the option to delete. Finally, I want player housing so I can stop carrying everything around, there just isn't enough affordable space in the game.

Helwyr✭✭Cancelled, although I unfortunately got the renew date wrong so I still have nearly 3 weeks. 3 Weeks I can't even enjoy in Cyrodiil because my Nightblade is so bugged from the last patch. I see the trend of where this game is going and I don't like it, I was hoping the Devs would address players concerns about constant VR increases but we got nothing, and they just went ahead with the latest patch. If ESO changes for the better in the future I might be back.4

Pretty disappointed with Updates and all so far, more or less I only login for a little time now, checking around and receiving hireling deliveries.
Putting all my hopes on Update 5 and possibly a little bit beyond that, based on the comments / rumours so far. I still support this game and want it to be what it should and deserves to be, so willing to keep up the sub for a few more months, kinda waiting for some "Xmas present".0 -

Karnus✭✭✭✭I hate to say it but I'm losing interest fast and grinding to VR14 is just not appealing to me, finding Craglorn groups is a serious pain in the a$$ and not worth bothering with and it's just too soon to have to upgrade all of my gear again. Yeah Warhammer was so much better at launch with PvP. I mean that awesome PvP Instances, where the winning Team always camped the loser team at their spawn was sooo awesome.
Not to forget that awesome open world PvP, where two zergs avoided each other to take empty keeps, cause that brought you the most Points overall.5
