Why Zenimax does not make an announcement about important bugs or small serious changes ?

I wonder why . For example : ( like %10-15 -changed for who knows what it means but stil arguing because there is nothing they could do ) few players to thousands players have been suffered because of loading screen stuck problem.I never saw single announcement about that.After 1.3.4 it fixed but i lost like 6-7 days of game time .But it seems still few players suffer that problem.

Another one ; Zenimax nerfed templar biting jars interior cooldown once.they accepted after 4-5 days later.

I saw few days ago , mages or nightblades ( not entirely sure ) got ninja nerfed at their side about their skills.

Those nerfs werent on patch notes.

You nerfed motifs once then you restored them but i didnt see any official patch notes .
Same thing happened on purple recipes.

I honestly don't understand why zenimax is not make an offical announcement.Is that so hard ?

If you don't trust your costumer , how can you earn your customer trust ?

Honestly as customer and player i don't like this.

Also small important note : Not only 2-3 guilds are playing this game.So stop making

them priority for you and for this game.Look at the big picture.You are losing players because you are not give a damm thing about majority.Stop ignoring players common problem and make an announcement about serious problem and tell it you are aware of the problem.

P.S : Defenders invasion. I hope you get one of those strange bugs on your account so you can make a post over over again with no result.

    For all of the issues you listed, official posts were made both when the problem was noted and when it was resolved. It was not always the result of a patch. If you missed those posts, that's on you.

    Also, when you make up statistics to support your point (hint: if 10% of players had the loading screen error, these forums would have crashed), it doesn't help.

    Because it's not affecting your presumed 10-15% of the people.

    Assume 750k subscribers from that faulty source, you're saying 112,500 people couldn't play. You think you'd only see the same 5-10 people complaining about it? I'm not saying it's not an issue for those people affected. I'm also not saying that ZOS doesn't take the issues seriously. I'm saying it's only affecting less than 1% of players. That's still 7,500 people. Okay maybe more depending on the issue, but no where near 10-15%.

    they did official annoucement for Templar ( after 3-4 days later) not for god damm being stuck on loading screen.Still i cant able to see annoucement.Did you see it ?

    I will be the first to say that Zenimax does not appear to have anyone at all who is solely responsible for customer support. This would be a single person overseeing the customer service (ticket people), in-game customer support (game masters), and the community forums people.

    However, one cannot make statements like "10-15% of players" based on anything contributed by users here in the forum. There are no exceptions to this.

    That is not necessarily on him, but it is on Zenimax. They make status threads, and then wait days to update them. They make comments outside of the status threads that do not get reflected in the status threads. They make changes to the status threads without announcement. They sometimes don't even acknowledge in public that there is an issue.

    (Edit: changed my mind on some of what I said)

    By the way, does anyone know if Oracle (aka RightNow) is still doing the front-end customer service work?

    No that I agree with him, but making fun a person's language skills when they are obviously trying to communicate in a foreign language is juvenile. As I am American with the exception of a smattering of Latin, I can not use any language but English and am in awe of anyone who attempts to use a language not their own in writing which is particularly hard.

    No where does it say English is his second language and based upon the grammatical accuracy of the youth today, I don't take anything for granted. If he is attempting a second or third language, I agree and apologize.

    And why shouldnt I believe that his numbers are close to what is happening? Only dedicated come here, most simply just lol at the game and cancel sub.

    So I don't know if you have been awere, but there was a CTD issuse which might (as many stated, even ZoS) be caused by a memory leak (of course the first 20 wanna programmers are jumping into every thread and get angry at people for saying they dont know programming adn therefore cannot call it memory leak). Well, whatever was causing that issue is not relevent, but im pretty sure a LOT we're affected (and that it was closer to 80% but at least well over 50%) since most in cyrodiil had that issue - so why wouldnt a loading screen error not affect at least as many? Or even, who cares what the % is? Its not really the issue - and im sure you know it.

    The real problem here, is not the OP or those he represent, which is legitimately agitated customers for receiving a FAULTY product.

    I mean, if Toyota says "hey, some cars from this line will spontaneous combust - but luckily it is well under our 5% (random number, replace at your own liking) limit so we dont do anything or recall any cars for maintence" (or more appropirate analogy would simply be that Toyota never said anything and maybe after 100 cars explode some dude very loosly affiliated with Toyata would write in a Dutch car magazine, that hmm we're actively investigating (this car magazine issue when you found it at an obscure dentist who keeps dutch car magazine turns out to be 3-4 months old) this - well, damn man you have some real fanboy issues and apparently refuse to glance the current state of affairs.

    I, for one, completely understand your issues and your legitimate concerns.

    My advice to you would be
    1) Ignoresnip in this thread, I mean simply use the new ignore function, very easy :)
    2) Keep on contacting ZoS
    3) Depending on outcome of 2, cancel sub (in this case give ur stuff to ur guildies, not ppl who will ask for it shortly here) or (most likely scenario) keep on being frustrated about the crashes, lags, bugs, exploits and general lack of management of this brand that is known as TESO.

    So sorry for rant, in this cannot stand idly by - more power to you op and keep spamming (meant in a good way) forums with complaints, something must be done to grab their attention).

Of course that is my opinion as I have made the statement. I'm not going to couch every statement with "In my opinion . . ." even if that would make others more comfortable.

    Your supporting evidence is old news that was addressed and is shoddy at best to fully support your statement. Your login issue is not and I sympathized with your login issue and said I think ZOS takes those matters seriously.

    But completely ignoring EVERY other item in a patch note and EVERY post by a moderator does not make your initial argument valid.

    A more appropriate statement would have been "Why does ZOS less than 1% off the time leave something off the patch notes."

    You brought up length of play so click my name and see how long I've been around.

    ZOS acknowledges the bug then they post patch notes when there are fixes. End of story.

    They are not gonna make a separate announcement topic for each and every bug or change. That is what patch notes are for.

    Your grasp (or lack thereof) of the English language is not an issue, OP. You're just looking for things to complain about. Every single issue you raise in your initial post has already been addressed, and that was announced by ZO.

    I think the issue is that you simply want everyone to agree with you. Sometimes you just have to recognize when that's not going to happen, and that perhaps it may do you some good to reassess.
