Also the game is designed in a way for old hardware to play it ok, these fights would be content that alot of players would not be able to do.
omg boo hoo. So you would rather prevent other people from playing a better game with more content, because some people don't want or can't invest in a better computer? How selfish.

Oh god yeah that really rustles my jimmies. Why have a distinction between the two if everyone just ignores it and calls wyverns dragons? Heres a lesson for everyone, dragons have four legs and wyverns have two! You can look it up in a google search if you don't believe me. I know neither really exist, but come on would it make sense to call an ogre a minotaur?Nox_Aeterna wrote: »Nah , dragons in TES lore , atleast the ones in skyrim , are actually a bunch of wyverns.
We could have some actual dragons , but they would be called something else since the wyverns are already called "dragons" here :P.

Considering not much is known about this time period zos can absolutely put dragons in(not like a common enemy, maybe like 1 boss).

Im not talking about dungeons and dragons im talking about the original myths. Different universe, different rules.
In TES universe dragons only have two legs, and nothing is called a wyvern.
Don't blend universes like that.
And prior to Dungeons and Dragons there were millions of definitions for dragons, no two of which agreed. In the old definitions Dragons could have two legs, four legs, or even no legs. The might or might not have breathed fire. And came in all sizes. Most where lizards though, but not all.
Google won't tell you that.

D&D standardised the dragons (yes they were being standardised before that, but D&D was the nail in the diversity coffin), but my point was the ORIGINAL myths had no standard definition for a dragon, let alone for wyverns. Every dragon story had a different type of dragon. I had a childrens book of them, and there was no common form/size/anything for a dragon.xxslam48xxb14_ESO wrote: »Im not talking about dungeons and dragons im talking about the original myths. You are right to a point , there are indeed many definitions of what could be a dragon , we dont even need to look hard , the chinese dragon is quite different to the D&D dragon standard. I know that Pathfinder on the main bestiaries for example has both kinds of dragons actually and both are named dragon even if they look totally different.
I believe WoW for example called their wyverns "proto dragons" actually , but im not sure.
Still , i think we can agree that TES dragons are really well know with the name of wyvern by tons of RPG players.
