One of the main things that i think is stupid about vampires in eso, is that there are sooo many of them, seriously 70% of players in cyrodiil seem to be a vampire.

Im just looking forward to be able to craft fire spells for vampire slayering;)

Nope. I was in a 24 pple group yesterday and 3 were vamps. I fought for a few hours and seen maybe 8-10 vamps in AD/DC on Thornblade. DK's have WAY more better ultis than bat swarm, not that useful for NB too, and most templars just heal. Safe to assume most bat swarmers are sorcs, because sorcs have useless ultis for damaging (and class skills too by the way..).

People like to exaggerate much. Soon we will hear that 99 % of pvp'ers are vampires and they make 2k damage with each tick.

You should try to use impenetrable in pvp, healing staff on second bar and You will notice how easy it is to counter vampire aoe damage. Only people that want to nerf this ultimate are players that don't want to think about ways of countering player using batswarm.

Don't force anyone to think, because they shouldn't be forced to!

Next up - nerf negate magic cause poor noobs can't cast spells, and they don't want to be forced to step out of it.

Escaping bat swarms is all well and good, but when you get hit by 3 of them in a zerg train within a closed area (keep wall downstairs, towers etc) then you're pretty much f'ed.

I have yet to try bat swarming with blazing shields, but I suspect it might come back as OP. Most other batswarmers I've seen are NBs who use sap essence to maintain their ultimates even when a group disperses (mist form up to them in combat and you'd be surprised how far sap essence will reach).

The only suggestion I have on bat swarms is to increase the ultimate in line with other AoE ultimate costs (if it's not already, been a while since I was a vamp).

Like you would be pretty much destroyed if three DK Standards hit you? Or three novas (+ synergy). Or even three negates spread out + impulse spam?

If a zerg is running into you in a closed area or a choke point you are pretty much "f'ed" whatever the circumstances. But again, there are counters. Oil > heal > ultimate - rinse and repeat. You might take a few of them with you in a glorious death.
