    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom and @ZOS_BrianWheeler take a look at that screenshot.

    My NB guild mates noticed that. They went all: "let's exploit this sh*t all the way before they nerf it". And there you go, now game is unplayable.

    Like i said before, We posted about it multiple times on the PTS forums, i brought it up multiple times that it needed to be nerfed, so did another guy.

    It still went live.

    again, why should we bother testing and reporting bugs on the PTS if they are ignored and gamebreaking bugs go live?

    upfront burst damage in this game was already quite ridiculous (e.g. NB stealth burst). Just another flaw of this crappy resource system without cooldowns in addition to sneak openers being crits.

    Something is bugging out pretty bad my devouring swarm today was doing 556 damage and healing for 556 per tic and I was using 5h/2l armor instead of my usual 5l/2h way more damage than usual, funny thing is since the patch both my damage and crit stats on the character sheet will not update no matter what I do.

    Bat Swarm (for me at least) used to scale off of Spell Damage and Magicka stats.

    Now it is scaling with Weapon Damage and Stamina stats.

    What is your build like?

    Nothing about a burst nightblade was ridiculous. Just throw up block and cast either Dragons Blood, Bolt Escape, or Heals. Any class could survive a NB ambush if they were fully paying attention. Casting spells while blocking should be removed from the game.

    They need to make characters able to transfer to the PTS. I really don't want to level on the test server just to see/test new features before live. A - I don't have time and B - what's the motivation?

    If they allowed my character to transfer over I think it would help massively in finding errors before release such as these. "Hey in live my critical charge does 800 damage, in PTS it does 4500!" Might be a clue if the character builds are the exact same.

    If that's the case 2H Sorc Vampires with Crit Surge and high spell crit will be doing even more dmg and becoming unkillable in the process.

    Weapon Dmg cap is about 1.5 times that of Spell Dmg. Could it be sth as simple as forgetting to divide Weapon Dmg by 1.5 when it replaces Spell Dmg in the equation? It can't be something as stupid as that can it?

    no, im seriously glad that they are finally commenting on our issues and letting us know that they are looking into them.

    I too am enjoying the "wing it for 4 months then care" strategy that zenimax is employing.

    Umm whats wrong with soul tether? nothing if others are fine. and others were such ages ago. So QQ NOT FUN QQ. Zeni nerf all ulti to half overall damage.

    I never said Soul Ult was fun, I think its rather overpowered in a 2v1. But Soul ulti is still less damage over time then Soul Tether..By about Half.

    Standard also doesn't do 500 damage per tic, It'll hit for the initial hit for 500 if it crits, and you'll see some 300-400 damage crits per tic if people are idiots and don't wear Crit Resist gear, but that's still less 300-400 damage less then the Base Damage of Soul Tethers tics. Bat Swarm again, Does less damage then Soul Tether. Magma I said was overpowered before, I even posted about it on the forums...when they changed it on PTS.

    So in closing, Most of the Ults you complain about have Massive Animations that are noticeable, Do less damage then what even you posted, and are incredibly outclassed in every way by Soul Tether right now.

    I don't see how it would break the game.

    Well lets see, since most classes in the game use spells in some way or another, You'd pretty much kill any DPS that a Shield user would have, You'd kill most Defensive abilities in the game, And you'd pretty much make 2v1 a death sentence in this game. It would be a cluster**** of unimagined proportions all because you've not figured out how to combat someone blocking yet.

    Thanks all the same, but there are two separate issues and bow isn't the cause of either.

    TTK isn't working as it should be and it's happening with more than just bow, some spells and light attacks are doing the same, basically not registering quick enough and then BOOM!

    You get the recap and you are wondering when what the recap said hit you, actually hit you because you didn't see the damage or the animation. You just go from having health, to having no health and exploding. This is issue no.1

    There is ALSO an issue (no.2 for those playing at home) where damage output increases as time goes on, and this again is not purely bow. I've seen dual wield, spells and two hand do this too. I'm talking stupid damage in the 7,000 range.

    In 2 days of PVP now every time I've had this happen to me it was from Bow attacks. I was just killed 4 times in a row by the same DK wielding a bow and I couldn't even tell I being damaged until I was dead. I don't have a bow and have never used one so I couldn't tell you how to reproduce it but there are more and more people who are discovering how to exploit this bug and are using it. PVP is broken once again.

    @ZOS_BrianWheeler please make sure these two bugs are your #1 priority.
    I can't stand going another week with broken Cyrodiil due to a patch breaking the game yet again.

    It is NOT an L2P issue,it is a bug/dsync or something. I attacked a gal in a keep that didn't even seem to react, but more- my attacks seemed to go right through her as though attacking a vendor. Only AOE "hits" animated on her toon. Then after seeming to swing at her pointlessly for 45 secods or so, she just...died.

    Unfortunately, there are usually fixes listed in the notes that are not fixed, along with the new bugs added.

    I could make a nice long list of new bugs, but I have better things to do right now.

    short list

    all the guild bugs (fixed now, as far as I know/hope)
    combat is a mess
    my character constantly cannot "use" doors
    many crashes
    there's a lot more

    I have better things to do..... this is not my job.

    so your list includes the fps/crash (mem leak) that i mentioned so i wont count that one.

    guild bug which like you say, is fixed thus doesnt count.

    your character cannot use doors? never heard of this bug, and certainly havent seen it. where?

    many crashes falls into the mem leak one.

    so it seems you failed to list any new bugs (other than unverified door issue?) and certainly not as many as the fixes, so perhaps you should stop with the whining.
