Repairing the client doesn't work for me. I just hope that they fix this and they give us back our lost game time simply because we have paid for it!

same problem here, did repair, put all settings on defaults, disabled all addons. updated all drivers of the GPU, but still after a few seconds i get booted with unknown error. just paid new game time and this is since yesterday. 1 day lost of it

ZO please investigate this in relation with the unknown error.

runtime error R6025 - pure virtual function call

this error occurs when your application indirectly calls a pure virtual member function in a context where a call to the function is not valid. In most cases, the compiler detects this and reports the error when building the application. But depending on how your code is written, sometimes the problem is detected only at run-time.

The error occurs when you indirectly call a pure virtual function within the context of a call to the constructor or destructor of an abstract base class.

Calling a pure virtual function is a programming error, so you need to find the call to the pure virtual function and rewrite the code so it is not called.

One way to find a call to a pure virtual function is to replace the pure virtual function with an implementation that calls the Windows API function DebugBreak. When using the debugger, DebugBreak will cause a hard-coded breakpoint. When the code stops running at this breakpoint, you can view the callstack to see where the function was called.

Another way to find a call to a pure virtual function is to set a breakpoint on the _purecall function that is found in PureVirt.c. Breaking on this function has the advantage of keeping the stack intact so that you can trace what is occurring.

So it seems that there might be an Internet issue, at least for me.

I did the dns flush but it might be from the ISPs.

Hope it sheds some light on the issue.

OK, using a VPN (eitehr from, US, EU,whatever) solves the problem...as long as it's active.
So ZOs what does it mean ?

Yes Just got on using VPN and it lets you stay logged in .

The 1st one on that list worked for me but if you still got a problem try to use all of them. Let it do its job, accept the changes and reboot. Now you can enter the EU server and play without any problems. It worked for the two of us i hope it works for you too!

Thx tried it and it worked ! lol finally iam able to play on the EU server i have no problems more the 1st one wizard in that programm called "Connection Optimization Wizard" solved the problem for me too... thx again you are my livesaver
