Agreed! Now i can get back to focusing on the story and just strolling through the rest! I didn't have the idea for Roleplay Mode like they did in Mass Effect, but im glad they added it here.

Oh wait that is right, the story died when I betrayed my faction.

That is a whole other batch of cracked eggs.

I agree they did the 50+ and 5++ wrong.

We should have been spies sabotaging the other factions. Those would have been cool quest lines.

People can stand in fire, ignore long windup abilities and game mechanics, and do everything with the same 5 abilities without thinking now.

    I hope you are happy.

But running to home plate without being expected to hit the ball does not make ME feel particularly "heroic."

It wasn't any better when they used those same 5 abilities while grinding to VR12 or abandoned the game...

I myself earned my "Tamriel Hero" achievement the hard way and while it was both frustrating and satisfying, I don't think I mind the change that much. We'll see where things will go from here...

I am actually enjoying this content. For what it's worth, it's like 1-50 again. My character feels superior to the things around him.

We'll see what the downside is when bots and farming start happening more.
Ruze Aulus. Mayor of Dhalmora. Archer, hunter, assassin. Nightblade.
Gral. Mountain Terror. Barbarian, marauder, murderer. Nightblade.
Na'Djin. Knight-Blade. Knight, vanguard, defender. Nightblade.

    XBOX NA
Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.

He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.

Awesome!! I believe this was more of a good business decision more than anything else. Please your customers. Plain and simple. If a significant amount of your players say nerf it, you nerf it or lose them. People were starting to quit over this. They don't pay to spend weeks grinding their way up to the next quest, it should already be at their level. Challenging but not impossible without having to lvl grind. It breathes new life back into VR.

I do agree it was probably because of the grind, but some people had a hard time soling, so they gave up.

Yup, all the TES fans came at launch. The ones that follow will be looking for an MMO game and be damned with the lore. They will want a challenge. They will play this game for a fortnight and move on to something else.
For a short while ESO offered something rarely found. An MMO RPG that you couldn't just faceroll through. This is the way games are moving now. Just look at all the sirvival MMO's like RUST and Day Z. Its also why WoW has lost 5 million ustomers.

ooooor you guys could have talked them into buffing classes like templars and weapon builds... but no you just gave them credit for doing things the easy way.

instead of buffing the weaker classes and builds you have sent a clear message to zos, just nerf content. Be lazy - we don't care.

The learning curve for endgame just got a whole lot steeper.

Wait til this crop of "heroes" tries to do veteran dungeons, pvp, or craglorn without learning the basics of combat.

It will be like week 1 all over again.

I parked my VR1 a while ago because of people here saying how stupid hard it was so I thought why put myself through it.

now we have the other half on here now saying it should be reverted back wish people would make up their minds.

and to the people saying WOW lost millions of subs because it was too easy wake up they lost millions of subs because of lots of reasons not just because it became easy.
nothing to do 2 months after an xpac hit for the next 16 months didn't help.

Yeah I thought so. Seems to work for plenty on here. The same people who are insulted by L2P but think calling everyone elitist or l33t is ok. Or the ones accused anyone who found the difficult ok of ruining the game and are now telling those same people to leave the game if they don't like it.

We'll see how effective the changes are. If Vet zones were empty due to the difficulty as they are saying then they should be buzzing next week right?

Well, it was not my call. I did not make the game. I was enjoying the new power. :)

Tell you the truth, if they made me more powerful, or weaken the mobs, I'm not sure there is much a difference.

    Please explain.

I did not care that it was hard. I don't care that it was made easier. I can say it is more fun for me personally that my Templar feels more powerful.
