I am in neither of those groups, so you can count me into a 3rd group, even if I'm all by myself.
The group that enjoys the game enough to try to help make it better for everyone, and does not feel the need to "attack" anyone. This group also has no delusions about the ease or difficulty of finding the real bugs and fixing them. This group understands the frustrations on both sides of these issues first hand, from experience, and strives to relieve them, rather than inflame them.
I was able to get the Tamriel Master Cave Dwelller achievement, although the Explorer title didn't show up on the Character Screen UI's drop-down list of titles, but bizarrely shared a "slot" on the list with Tamriel Hero, as choosing that title would then alternate between the two being displayed (!?) until a soft reset, and then it resolved on it's own.

Huddled in that second group are also individuals who understand exactly what Dev is going through and yet others who realize there is no reason to throw tantrums and demands. They are working their asses off to get these issues addressed. They thought they had a fix earlier and rushed it out. Oops, turned out there could be a deeper problem. Some players are reporting no lag while playing in Cyrodiil. That just adds to the troubleshooting on their end.
Community Reps are also doing what they can to keep us updated. They provide as much information as they can. More than likely this will result in free game time for the players.
Take some deep breaths and relax. I find the game enjoyable enough to have the patience to let them get it addressed. Being frustrated is fine but raging (love the glyph of rage not being fixed reference) is simply a waste. Albeit hilarious!
I believe critical chance is still bugged, whether a display issue or not. With Thief active and nothing else that I can tell, critical chance fluctuates between 6.6% and 10.6% and that's without equipping armor with divines. When I equip the armor pieces, 5.5% x 5 = 27.5%, nothing changes. Even if it was working, I believe the fraction is wrong anyway: 5% x 1.275% = 6.375% = 6.4%. I wonder if alliance war bonuses could be causing the value to fluctuate but none of them reference critical chance.
Also, the damage shield on my Dominion's Ice Staff doesn't seem to proc.
When reading, this came to mind.ZOS please understand
1. We are unable to PVP, for many of us this is the only method of gameplay we play in ESO
2. We are still paying for a sub (We are paying for a service or in our current case paying for no service)
3. On resolution we want to know what has changed in the process so this will not happen again. (You are delivering a service)
4. Give us confidence to continue the service.

I received a ticket response earlier from ZoS directing me to the legal terms contract and apparently they are not responsible for the game being unplayable. http://www.zenimax.com/legal_terms_us - Section 6 is what I was referred to.
