Mind answering how we are spoiled brats? We paid for a game that we are unable to play. You might like wasting your money when you can't play, but most people don't. So please stop being silly thank you.
Have you tried changing your graphic settings or update drivers?
On only lowering "shadow" settings for me made a huge improvement.
All items listen on your list, I don't have them :-(

Mind answering why you feel these little temper tantrums are going to speed the process up? They are working to get these issues addressed. It does you NO (see ZERO) good to toss ultimatums and fits of rage.
Take a break from the game. Sounds like most need one.

A lot of us work constantly (unlike you obviously) and have gotten little or no time to play the game recently, so it's ridiculous for you to say we "need a break". We're not angry because we've played too much; we're angry because we haven't been able to play at all due to circumstances we can't control. Read a thread before you make wild assumptions about the topic.

I play on the NA server so something might be up with that one. Yes I have tried both of those to no effect.

Normally I wouldnt even consider this, but I am pretty sure Both EU and US servers are in the same datacenter, virtual environment. That explains why EU server, being patched after US, have less downtime and got some fixes in our downtime that US server did not get. This is just normal Datacenter and virtual environment practice. No magic.
There have been a few things I have noticed.
Population.
1. EU server are pretty crowded from lvl 10-50, even vet 1-3. However, being a megaserver this has NO meaning of the numbers of players. Can simply be less "phased" and balanced so no where really looks empty. My impression is EU server is getting more players. Illusion or not, dunno.
How is the pop on US server? It HAS to be bigger then EU? Which means a lot more "phased" zones.
Service
2. When the DK pull through walls exploit was discovered, it did not take long before GMs poped up on EU servers and "Zapped" some of the DKs who exploited this. I only seen posts demanding the same thing from US players. Did GM help in Cyro where these *bad word* DK players exploited this?
Performance
3. Overall performance. I have a very good computer, so ok. But I live in Sweden, got a ping like most other EU to US and thats a lag we cant do much about. My FPS from launch been around 30-35, ish.
Today, after several hot fixes and 3 patches to reload. And a very good tip from Reddit community to reduce my "shadow" setting from High to medium. My FPS shot up to 50-60! I have NEVER had this good performance in ESO and I started at launch.
In Cyro, I get around 30-35, In a group, in battle.
There still are stalls, some lag, but it is playable. Lots more needs to be done, but not 5 fps, which is unplayable.
When I press an attack, it does attack, not 2 seconds after!
Would EU server get better service from Zenimax? I doubt that!
But you may have a point. Problems on US, seams less on EU. Can have lots of reasons. Also, can just be speculation. But......if it is, what can it be?
k, just checkin' and trying to help out a bit. CS should really get on your ticket about this. It seems that they could use some of your system data and the report from the Game Consultant to improve the game.
Good Luck man, hope to see you back up and running again soon.

Thanks it's all good I know your just trying to help. You know zenimax should just make a consumer support section since we seem to be the only ones doing anything useful.

Oh, they do have a Customer Support section. Here is the link man.
You *may* get some solutions over there as well. Good Luck.

We know it isnt your direct fault, Jessica. What we want is information on what your engineers think is occurring and what they are proposing/planning to do about it.
Your community has a lot of high end tech savvy gamers in it, for all your engineers know we already might know what needs fixing.
I am not even joking, historically gamers have a better track record of figuring out workarounds or mods to rectify something professional system engineers and programmers broke or didnt implement properly.
Even previous TES titles have been very community modded and fixed over the years.
It just seems off to us that your engineers dont share, for all you know a powwow on the forums here with a bunch of technonerds like us might fix it in one day.

No professional company with quality control and testing could introduce this many problems with already working content. Could it?
Disclaimer: Not trolling. You should investigate sabotage...
There are three conditions in your statement "professional company with quality control and testing". If the company is unprofessional, lacks quality control or skips proper testing, this is the expected result. "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity."
The "stupidity" in this case should be interpreted as organizational stupidity, not stupidity of individuals. I don't think anybody who is truly stupid would be able to land a job in the gaming industry, but mismanagement can hide even the most outstanding skills within a company.
On the bright side, organizational stupidity can be cured. If the code base is not a total mess, this game can still be saved.
Thanks for working on it. I know it can't get fixed overnight. It is a frustrating problem in our guild (we had to cancel a guild event because the lag was so severe for some of our players). However, we know you are trying to fix it ASAP. I look forward to seeing the fix very soon.ZOS_JessicaFolsom wrote: »We understand the frustration from those who are still experiencing crippling FPS issues. Workers rights > anything else. Why would they work better under bad conditions? They are human and my FPS problems does NOT mean anyone should suffer in any way "because I'm a paying customer". I just don't have it in me to think that way, plus it not logical.I also hope it is sleepless nights and general panic at ZOS as they work feverishly, around the clock, to fix it.
