Im starting to think internal sabotage.
No professional company with quality control and testing could introduce this many problems with already working content. Could it?
Disclaimer: Not trolling. You should investigate sabotage...

There are three conditions in your statement "professional company with quality control and testing". If the company is unprofessional, lacks quality control or skips proper testing, this is the expected result. "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity."
The "stupidity" in this case should be interpreted as organizational stupidity, not stupidity of individuals. I don't think anybody who is truly stupid would be able to land a job in the gaming industry, but mismanagement can hide even the most outstanding skills within a company.
On the bright side, organizational stupidity can be cured. If the code base is not a total mess, this game can still be saved.

I'm guessing you've been under a rock for the last week and/or have not read CS' posts about a hotfix to fps issues post 1.2.3 and 1.2.4- this is exactly that issue.
Edit: Well, related/tied to it anyway as it cropped up for most with 1.2.4
Am looking forward to this, and hoping that this is also the issue causing very slow loading of world objects, monsters and effects (which is more of an issue than FPS for me) and it's all related. Things are close to unplayable at present, as I never know when I'll be killed by things I cannot see, so I'll not play til this is fixed.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Hey guys, just wanted to give you a quick update on the FPS issue. First time was at the village where the kahjiit released a dro'mathra spirit and it took control of people. I walked in there and all I saw was red dots, and then a few seconds I dropped dead.
Months ago issue that deals with lag and syncing, not with FPS.

The thread i linked mention many things other than fps drop.As a matter of fact i barely have fps drop but me and many ppl have all this and more, which is worst:
-No spells animation
-no weapon swap animation
-invisible mobs
-delayed audio
-when i get damaged it dont show on health bar
-many random loading screens
-even when deconstructing stuff the audio is delayed
-discovered x area screen messages not appearing
Thats only a few of the issues mentioned in that post.
ZOS give us an answer to this already

I haven't experienced any of this.

Mind answering how we are spoiled brats? We paid for a game that we are unable to play. You might like wasting your money when you can't play, but most people don't. So please stop being silly thank you.
