Please add the Night's Silence 3 set bonus to the list as not working. Whether it is suppose to be 20%, 22%, or 220% increased stealth speed, it is not working at all.

@zos_GinaBruno It looks like the FPS bug has NOT been fixed. 30-80 FPS before the last patch, now in any sized conflict at all I drop to 10 FPS or less. PvP is unplayable (and basically un-streamable). Running a brand new GTX-760 that had no issues prior to this. Any suggestions would be welcome.

@ZOS_GinaBruno‌ While you are at it, can you check to see why the 1.2.4 English patch notes dont appear in the dev tracker, only the French and German versions?

still having FPS drops in cyrodill too here, also having an issue now with guards/enemy players not loading. killed several times in last little while without ever seeing what was hitting me.

one other bug to mention, i got killed outside of alessia and when i released back inside the keep, i died again instantly. when i hit revive again, i died again. did this 3 or 4 times untill it wouldnt even let me try to revive. had to log out and back in to continue playing.

The "Panacea of Weapon power" potion only lasts 10 seconds with "medical use" passive, compared to 13s for the "Panacea of Spell power".

PS: No, i do not mean the "bugged" tooltip, which always shows 10s. Timing was done by checking the char screen and using a actual stop watch.

This junk has never affected me before (although I know it has others prior to today's patch) but of course it's affecting me now. Also NPC non-faction mobs are not loading till they're womping on me as well. WTB QA!

Remember, the FPS issue is not only in Cyrodiil, it is just worse there. In Craglorn, in places where there is a high amount of people grinding, like burials and the Shadow boss the frames drop really fast.

And they didn't before the last patch.

Yea, i still got knocked down to 6fps in keep sieges. I don't think its just those 2 healing spells, its probably everything that causes an aoe circle on the ground, red and green.

Hah, funny, never belived Restro Staffs cause fps problems, since the problem is that the GPU is going into idle Mode.

Just check Temp of the Card when hit by 3fps.

Myself and others have run into an issue with the quest: The Soul-Meld Mage in Coldharbour.
Here's the quick-and-dirty so this can be investigated and fixed quickly:

Quest: The Soul-Meld Mage
Quest step: "Squeeze Through the rubble"
The player cannot interact with the "Rubble-Blocked Door".

I watched a YouTube video about this quest, after quite some time trying myself.

It appears that the "Hit-Box" of the "Rubble-Blocked Door" is too small when compared with the video.

Here's hoping for a quick fix

Why wasn't haste for bows fixed? Can you tell us what the issue is with bows? Why is this such a difficult fix?

I am almost certain it is not just those 2 spells. I never had fps problems before the patch. I had them constantly afterward on Wabbajack. Could not go more than 15 minutes of PvP without seeing fps drop. Then I played on another campaign (low pop one; can't remember name) for nearly four hours of constant PvP, and had no problems at all.

Pretty sure the problem is not those 2 spells.

Fixed. That was an easy one!

First, do no harm.

Should be rule #1 when it comes to rolling out content/system updates.

Pre 1.2.3, this game was running fairly smooth.

Post-patch? Crippling fps drops in Cyrodiil. Same with Craglorn grind spots. Incidents of invisible (very slow rendering) mobs have become the rule rather than the exception.

All these issues were hardly ever issues for me prior to 1.2.3.

FPS Drop Issue: There are reports of FPS drops in larger battles in select campaigns including Wabbajack.

STATUS: Fix Failed in 1.2.4. Still investigating. Will updated as soon as possible

Please tell me we do not have to wait until Monday for another possible fix to FPS (I am being as positive as the situation allows). I plan to go home an play, but my anticipation is waning.

Please tell us that there will be one of those Ninga patches and FPS will be fine. Or tell us whats wrong so that we can possible help mitigate it, for example I would be fine to downgrade my drivers/directx if that would help.

Maybe specific engines, or technologies that we can enable/disable....anything that will make the game playable in pvp so we can keep the Emp farmers to a min.

The FPS dropping issue isn't exclusive to Cyrodil or Craglorn it's just not as bad as those areas. Before 1.2.3 I was able to get a smooth 60fps (vysnc enabled) anywhere, now my FPS will drop sometimes by 20 for no apparent reason.

The fix is simple, just get rid of the new lighting system for the older and better performing one.
