Lack of exit survey

So apparently there's supposed to be a survey mailed to you when you cancel your account. Friend of mine got one when he cancelled, but I have yet to.
My reasons for cancelling are few, one of which being financial(my bank card expired anyways, figure cancel and pull it off now... I'll probably be back eventually) but I was under the impression there's supposed to be an email going out.
Just a heads up that I didn't get one.

I did not get any survey when my subscription expired.
What I got was my forum account removed its permissions for the 12hrs my subscription was out of time, and for an extra 13 days of chitchat with CS and the "specialized" forum team to get the db field changed from 0 to 1 again.
But really, I had no survey in my mail from that timeframe my sub ran off.0 -
Asava✭✭✭I got the survey with in an hour of cancelling. It still took CS 3 days to respond to my 5 day 301 lock out reply. Go figure.....0
