How did you get 2400 Magicka and 1600 Stamina?

    I got around 2000 Magicka and 1600 Stamina O.o

Could you tell me your Enchants and stats?

    @Soulac
I'm imperial. All my gear is magicka enchanted. Using v5 HP/Magicka food. Aether set provides another 115 magicka with 3 items.

The 1600 stamina is from someone using war horn (increases magicka/stamina by 20%).

    Vuron wrote: »
What class is Dirty? He pumped out 1325 in the first fight.

@ Vuron Dirty Southside Wookie is a DK, and he consistently pumped out as much or more DPS than I did, while having a good bonus during AoE phases with DK passives.
It is so easy to farm Aether set to become usefull in trials when you not invited into trials :)

@killedbyping‌ Willows/Twilights for the 10% crit is as good or better. I just wear aether for the mundus stone bonus, which I didn't get on my willow/twilight pieces.
    OkieDokie wrote: »
Well done. Just as a curiosity, what was your group members dps?

@OkieDokie Good question. I wish I had been posting the fight times so that could extrapolate group DPS. I know we had someone blaring war horn and spamming combat prayer, as well as someone wearing full aether. All of that together is easily another 10% DPS for the group.

That being said, people were floating from 800-1300. The highest DPS I believe was the aforementioned DK.

However, NBs win DPS on the final boss merely due to having the best execute and providing the utility of veil.

Are you wearing all 7 piece light armor or have you gone 5/7 with 2 med piece?

@beeriod‌ All 7/7 Light armor, 4 epic 3 legendary (self upgrade legendary is expensive).

    Recommend you read: http://www.sirlin.net/ptw-book/beginners-guide.html

You can complain all you want, but this is not a class problem. You choose to play the class a certain - inefficient - way.

Does it suck? Yes. I'd love to have equally strong builds with other weapon sets. However, that is just not the current meta.

NBs still have some broken abilities that - upon fixing - will slightly increase our DPS as well. I'd rather not the 'broken class' whines cause a buff that then requires zenimax to overnerf NBs.

The 'meta' crap you bring up does not justify *** poor game balance. Lets call a spade a spade. The 'meta' is a fotm build encompassing all classes, for several months now, leaps and bounds ahead of other playstyles. This ruins many people's enjoyment of the game and yes it is a NB issue (tho not exclusive to them) as the majority of players rolled the class expecting their character to rely on stealth, speed and blades to achieve optimal results. After all thats the damn definition of the class given when you create your character (with the preview model wearing med armor and daggers). It doesnt say 'but itll be inefficient' in fine print at the bottom of the screen.

As for overbuffing... Are you telling me Zenimax arent competent enough to implement a few buffs targeted at the underperforming builds while not increasing the power of the 'flavor of the whole game' build? Actually... dont answer that... you might be right.

great for you. now lets talk about duel wield dagger stamina and bow using nightblades. they are the total oppisite of the sorcerer nightblade you have created here. and we do very very little dps and we die very very easy.

Nightblades have always been mages in TES lore. The actually 'wrong' way to play a NB is like a freaking ranger.

It very viable in Pve too - he able to kill any equal mob much faster than any another class
But bosses can not be oneshotted! So you need help another classes!

You all chosen Burst-DPSer and now moaning, right?
You all wanna the same sustain DPS as Sorc or DK have, right? (even if you already have it if your hands grown right)
So you will agree if you will loose your burst DPS abilities, right?

NB's arent broken, the players are. Most Nightblades are medium armor dual wield stamina builds, crying about their dps... Newsflash, no class in the game can make it work! Nightblades arent broken... everything that isn't Destro/Resto in 7 Light is broken!

And all spell casters are forced to go light and use inner light unless they are nb and can squeeze many assassination skills and even then. What is your point?

Not really.Just are not viable for highly competitive Hardcore Craglorn Trial groups who want top times in the rankings. No matter what they will do there will always be build and approach that will work better for that type of players. That doesn't mean that everything else is broken. I do not mean to imply that the current situation can't be improved though.

We have a member in Entropy Rising who is pulling 900 dps with a stamina DW build...

but i agree with everyone here that animation clipping is a broken and cheap tactic that should be fixed along with the cheese in the trials like bypassing mobs.
IMHO - everything should die to pass to the next area.

Most people didn't play a NB in any of the other TES game I think.
Some descriptions of the class from previous games.
    TES1Arena Mage group
"Nightblades are those mages who have perfected their arts to help in
activities involving infiltration, spying, and stealth. They are much like
thieves, creatures of the night, able to use their considerable powers to
help them in their nocturnal activities. In combat, Nightblades receive a
chance per level of scoring a critical hit (3x damage). Nightblades can
pick locks about as well as Rogues. They also receive 1.5x their INT in
    starting spell points"

    TES2 DaggerFall Mage Group
'Possibly the most feared of the classes is the Nightblade. They possess many of the skills and philosophy of the thiefly classes, combined with the powers of the mage.Their natural agility and stealth.and their mastery of the school of illusion, means nightblades are seldom seen.Though their hand can certainly be felt.Effective nightblades have high agility, high inteligence and willpower.
TES3 Morrowind Magic Specialization -Light armor
"Nightblades are spellcasters who use their magics to enhance mobility, concealment, and stealthy close combat. They have a sinister reputation, since many nightblades are thieves, enforcers, assassins, or covert agents."
TES4 Oblivion Magic Spec -Light Armor.
"Nightblades are effective assassins and enforcers. Their speed and skills allow them to easily reach places most others could not. Nightblades dispose of opponents with a quick blade and Destruction magic. They are also skilled in Alteration magic, and are proficient in healing themselves. "

No damn blades mentioned anywhere. Stealth illusion based mages all the way. They had small weapons specialization but that did not defined them.
