Are we all forgetting about Hermaous Mora, the daedric prince of knowledge? In my own headcanon I imagine that being the very last expansion, or content update of ESO, we go to fight hermaous mora, we lose, he wins, and wipes everybodies memories that this faction war ever happened molag bal ever invaded and takes with him all the books ever wrote about it.

I'm unsure as to why the Daedric Prince of Hentai Tentacle Demons would do such a thing. Outright removing knowledge from absolutely everyone seems rather counter productive to his sphere.

Maybe he's greedy for it. I don't know, I don't know what he does in his spare time, maybe he gets off to war and bloodshed and daedric invasions and needs some new fap material.

Blame it on Talos. Once he grabbed power, he eliminated, censored this event. Because... Because... Hey, can't figure a reason now; maybe something along the lines of the Dark Elves' Tribunal.

But the High Elves know he's a liar and a false god. That's why they hate him. Sure, my fan fic crumbles as soon as someone manages to get a blessing at a Talos shrine...

Blessings don't mean anything, you can get blessings at ALMSIVI shrines in Morrowind too.
Whether or not Talos had/has power is irrelevant, he's still a false god.

    I completely missed that aspect.

One can find a number of ways their blessings would work, given the vast magicka pool they and their followers had /have/will have...

Regarding Talos, a similar reasoning can be built, even if he had no love for magic. The folks responsible by his post-mortem elevation to divine status were and/or commanded mages with a large magicka pool to grant the blessings somehow.

Talos priests enchanting the shrines and periodically recharging them would be a lorewise solution.

The Talos conspiracy has been unveiled!

Now, sit back, relax and wait Stormcloacks storm in anger...

In the early part of the game, the Prophet tells you that they have tried to keep the truth of the Soulburst (and Molag Bal's invasion/Tamriel's huge vulnerability to Oblivion) from the general populance as much as possible. The faction war fits with what was known of this time previously (being that it was a time of great political turmoil).

As far as the Soulburst, weird stuff happens in Tamriel all the time. It could just be a combination of these tropes: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SeenItAll and http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/CityOfWeirdos

Well in defense of the Tribunal... At least they draw power from something that was similar as Daedra. Even more powerful. Heart Of Lorkhan. And if the Aedra decided to elevate Talos into god hood... Well thats that... Of course... We are all talking believes here. Only the merest of People in Tamriel get close to Meeting Either the Tribunal nor Talos. Well at least in the second Era Almalexia was still a bit more outgoing. But Talos isn't even born yet... So...

Oh and to the OP. I wouldn't mind to have access to the Throat of the World. Maybe even say hi to Paarthurnax. He could be a cool easter egg. And the Time Rift he's Guarding might even be another way to put some CHIM into the whole game. Or at least break the fourth wall a bit.

But HELL stay away with more Dragon action. Well or they could have had Vivienne raise the one she was digging for in Eastmarch. That would kind of make sense. But still... PLEASE NO?please?

By the way... Did you guys look at the skill lines of the Dragonknight?
Looks awfully like Dovahkiin stuff to me... At least with one ability. But well Thu'ums can be learned already.

    Just my insights.

Oh,yes. I forgot, forgive me my age and too much of this damn Mead make my mind like a wet sweetroll. What I would like to see is that when they add the dark brotherhood we have a choice to join the Morag Tong. at this point the DB only exists for less than 300 years. The feud was still running high. the DB was a reletivly "new" group. I'll be angry If we have no choice and I have to skip the whole storyline due to my convictions;)

Well techically. All dragons arent gone. So its still possible. For at the throat of the world lies a dragon thats still alive all the way until skyrim takes place.

So as unlikely as it would be, its entirely possible to still be dragons around, just much much more rarer.

Paarthurnax says something along the lines of not seeing someone from outside the graybeards since the time of the dragon priests.

No. I don't get those who insist game/lore be mangled to give them the special sparkly ponies they want included just to cater to them.
The only negative experience in ESO is those that make it negative.

Speaking of lore and dragons, did they remember to put the dragon burial mounds in Skyrim areas? They should be there.

Yes. There are burial mounts in Skyrim. But should dragons be alive? No. I wouldn't mind seeing one or two dragons in the game, but pretty much all of them are dead.

As for the Dwemer, they have no place in this game since they're all MIA. Aside from one fat slob mounted on a spider... I hope we'll get to see him.

Sick of Dragons. As if they were the only beast that roamed high fantasy.

Humans are limited only by the arc of their imagination. There is already an alphabet full of legendary and mythical creatures.

In other words, screw dragons. Create something new.

Also I would like to add to my previous no that, beyond dracoliches they could also expand on deadric titans and add a few more types of those as they largely fill the same role as dragons.

Another interesting veteran zone boss could also be some sort of dwemer dragon construct.

Its not a lore break to see a dragon or two, but having the dwemer come back in eso -or in any future TES - would be a bad idea imo. Part of their charm is in their mystery. They wouldn't be interesting and a constant topic of discussion if they popped up and answered all our questions.

They have already done alot of bad things to the lore,Well they did not ecactly break the lore,Just their own version of the lore,Retconned it. Made it more generic.

But what i find is cool in eso,That some quests and lore are amazing while other tend to be mediocre. I got mixed feelings about esos vision on the lore. I expected it to be worse so i am kinda happy.

The lore is one of the best features in ESO. Its not just drivvel. Its all connected even to quite alot of quests.

Also, any type of flying mouth would render a big part of ESO pointless and very fast boring.
