Bots and hacked jute nodes?

Saw 2 bots in Stonefalls, one standing next to some jute, another running between 2 jute plants. Those nodes kept popping over and over and those two just kept harvesting.

Can't stand bots/farmers.

I'd like to mention too that occasionally when I harvest nirnroot for example it is empty and disappears without giving anything.Is it supposed to be that way?
