Shoot the balls, no problem until the lag kicks in and you can't shoot anything and of course your weapons target her and not the balls; stay back from the attacks, except she's faster then you; etc.
As a 36 NB DW, I thought she was quite easy. Just let Lyris, if you brought Lyris, I don't know about Tharn, take the beating and kill the orbs when they come. should go down quite easy.

Well they better do that as judging from forum this + Molag Bal quest appear to be the biggest problems with the main story stuff. Also Mannimarco fight is very same deal - Lyris has trouble with helping and as a result fight is much more difficult than it is supposed to be.I think the problem with the quest is not the level of difficulty of the mob - its the lack of aid from the NPC helper. If that was working so they were effectively tanking, then the quest would be doable.
I'm going to assume that the NPC helper bugging out is not WAI. And so the quest difficulty is higher as a result.
I hope they don't nerf the mob. I do hope they sort out the NPC probs.
Getting one aoe ability and one healing ability is kinda sensible though if you are soloing.

I did this as a 30 and didn't die once in the whole instance as a cloth wearing sorc.
Either some builds are really op and some are useless or it's a ltp issue. I don't know which.

I will say that at level 38 my cloth Sorc seems more powerful than the other three classes to me. I think I died 3 or maybe 4 times to 38 questing. Of course the fourth time through EP I know the mobs and quests pretty well.
Hardly anything lives long enough to get in range to touch me because of high DPS ranged skills and knockdowns. I have not needed to swap to my 2 hand weapon in 20 levels.
My other classes had a harder time on this fight because my skills/passives were put mostly into melee and tank spells, so pulling out my unleveled bow did not hit very hard.
TLDR; I think fights like these are tougher for someone who specced primary melee. If so, that is not really fair.
