I'm OK with bank/bag space right now. I think this horse has been beaten dead a hundred times over but for me I hate the space taken up by vanity pets/trophies/costumes/other unique items. Probably have 20-30 items just in those items alone, would be nice to have a special storage or collection page where these item types don't take up space in the bank and can be accessed from that character that earned them from anywhere, without being in the bag.

I think that as you level crafting: your bank space should increase. OR: have ONE bank space be a FOLDER for alchemy items and another for provisioning items etc. commensurate with the amount of mats you need to make different recipes, potions and glyphs.

I know some people will argue on this point, but I have to say that there's been two games I've played that did crafting inventories right. Those were Guild Wars 2 and Neverwinter. Each had a separate crafting inventory where materials were stored until you used them. That would go a long way to solving the current messy state that inventory is in right now.

Very good point. I never played GW2, but I did like the sep inventory window for crafting mats in NW. I still say some decent advanced filtering would be a boon.

Add to this list the CE maps.

The special items you worked hard to obtain - or paid for with the CE version of the game - should not have an inventory penalty.

    1. Are you happy with the size of the current starting size of Inventory and shared account bank?

    I think it is okay.

    2. Would you like us to double the size of the starting size of shared banks or lower cost of the space upgrades?

Yes and Yes. The cost to increase bank and bag size is absolutely ridiculous.

    3. Would you prefer that each character had its own bank storage as well as some form of shared bank tab to allow easy access to items you wish to send to other characters you create.

I like the shared bank between characters however, the size needs to be increased when adding more characters to the account. For example, the first character has 80 slots adding an additional character would add an additional 40 slots to the bank and so on.

That would serve no real purpose.

What I mean is, if players knew that making a character would give them 40 slots, everyone would just make all the characters they can.

So, logic would dictate that they should have just given us those bank spaces to begin with.

I completely agree, I think the idea of having a starting bank of 80 is stupid, the inventory I understand. But I feel 150-200 for the bank is more realistic rather than having to pay 20k just to upgrade my bank to the next level. It was badly thought through. My bank is nothing but mats and I've had to destroy or sell all my jewellery some of which I wanted to keep old of. Just to make space. I spend at least half hour a day depending on how long I spend on, coming back from questing then having to bank and take out more stuff to make space.

Another one of these post which only goal is to make the game easier.

There is a clear statement from Zenimax about bag/bankspace. I hope they are strong enough to keep it.

Its NOTHING wrong with the bank space or bag space. Everyone is fully capable to save gold and buy upgrades. Sure, then you dont have any gold for other stuff. AGAIN, this is a FEATURE in ESO.

YOU choose your part in the game and its up to you how you handle your goods.

I deal with bankproblems myself every day (I am a guildmaster so I have 2 banks to fix daily). The choice is mine what I want to keep, sell, drop, destroy or use.

I really like this about ESO. VERY few games had the nice idea to make pretty much everything up to the player. ESO doesnt force you to do anything. Just because you picked up an item, doesnt automaticly give you the right to store everything in bank.

The bank/bag space simply makes it a part of the game. Just like selling/buying, which is another feature of the game.

Zenimax promised a game with everything possible for everyone, but you have to choose and get the effects of it. Like choosing skillpoints. How fun would that be if you had 1000 skillpoints to get a skill in everything?

I think some people simply missed the core of ESO. You are a traveler/hero in a RPG setting with only yourself to choose what to do.

I THINK, the only thing the game forces you to do is the main quest line, but hey, thats fine.

NO to any bigger, easier bag/bank space. Its well enough like it is and its GOOD that even here we get to choose.

It amazes me how people use the word "feature" to justify any poor decision. Seriously, what's wrong with you guys?

I have this feeling it is because some of you bought a lot of upgrades and if you suffered, others have to suffer no matter how stupid the current system is. In fact, this selfish way of thinking has always been present in mmos.

I bought several upgrades myself and I don't care even if they don't return the gold. It would reduce A LOT the time wasted between loading, deconstructing, loading, depositing, loading, deconstructing...I want to use my time in game doing whatever I want there, not playing login/logout.

People keep saying they heard of a friend of friend of friend of their neighbors that plays a NB and can catch up with dks and sorcs and this guy just never shows up. He would be a rock star if he existed.
