Missing bank upgrades

My bank upgrades vanished on Monday and i received my pre order bonuses again. Is it safe for me to use the bank again or should i wait? The patch is up but i don't know if it stabilized this issue for the future.

    If you and many others took the time to read the forum discussions, you would find the solution to most (if not all) of your questions.
