Thank you for understanding the situation. The issue is being dealt with, and as you have said there are several thousand of players in the same situation as yourself. For now we have worked out the bank slot lost situation although it is not advised to buy new bank slots yet until it id definitive over with. The restoration of the items will be done as soon as possible in an upcoming patch.
How much does it cost to upgrade your bank from 60 to 100 slots?

I just submitted a third ticket. Answer came soon: auto-answer saying it will be solved in a future patch.
Now I understand they have a thousand excuses but I do not care for any of them, they would not hear me if I did not pay. But to send me an auto-answer that is even out of date is a joke. Either its company policy or pure negligence from the CS worker. Either way someone should lose their job.

Unless their DB structure allowed for an easy script to automatically restore all of the slots & items, there's no way that could happen. Wanting things to be fixed is fine. People would calm down if they actually fix it for us. They should have been prepared and restoring slots/items the moment the patch dropped....

In your email. If you deleted it, that's your fault (submit a new one).
That only helps if you actually got an email. The first ticket I submitted for my own bank problem (submitted in game) I never got any acknowledgement, so a few days later I submitted a second one (I got an email for that one). Frankly, they should have a system where you can view your submitted tickets with the status and responses. That's the standard for customer service/help desk tickets.

With 100 bank slots the same process cost me 20 minutes per one "full bag" adventure. Every day I must play with basic 60slot bank I lost about 3 times 40min so about 2 hours just sorting my bank instead of enjoy questing and exploring world of Tamriel. And I first got that bug during early acces 1.4., playing daily, so my "time loss" would be 18*2 = 36 game hours just sorting stuff cos of bug...

People have been with this issue for weeks. Investigation about what some of us loss should have already been done...

Investigation before the patch went in is fine, but as the bug hit lots of us multiple times, any investigation prior to the fix is inherently flawed, and would need to be re-done. In any case, even if they did investigate prior to the fix, when everything has to be done manually there's still no way that everyone would have slots, items, and gold returned to them as soon as the patch goes in, your unrealistic expectations notwithstanding.
