Quest Bug(s)

The following quests do not function as they should. All of these are attempted as an Imperial Dragonknight of Ebonheart, alone.

Desperate Souls (7) - Stonefalls
The "Last-To-Water's crystal" does not crack when used, making it impossible to fulfill the quest's requirements of slaying Fatestealer.
Edit: Managed to complete it.

School Daze (21) - Deshaan
The NPC "Tedras Relvi" cannot be interacted with, making it impossible to complete the stage of the quest that requires you to assist him.

Circus of Cheerful Slaughter (25) - Guild
Upon slaying the weaker "Aldmeri Dominion Actors" nothing else happens. The guards of Queen Ayrenn are supposed to turn hostile, but they never do.
Edit: Finally worked. I killed the Actors slower than I could, which seemed to allow the trigger to activate, for the guards to turn hostile.

I have abandoned the quests in an attempt to gain further progress, but continually get stuck at these spots.

Edit: Encountered another bugged quest.

Catch the Lightning (29) - Shadowfen
I have been instructed to return to Gathotar with the good news that I have convinced Drulis to collect lightning. However, when I go to the indicator for his location, he is never there.

Storming the Hall (38) - The Rift
After rallying the survivors I am supposed to talk to Vigrod Wraithbane, however he cannot be targeted, preventing the completion/continuation of the quest.

I can confirm Desperate Souls is bugged (or was bugged for sure just yesterday).

Desperate Souls was bugged on Saturday night too. I contacted support and was told to try abandoning and accepting the quest again or try logging out and back in. Tried both of these but to no avail, quest is still bugged.

Circus of Cheerful Slaughter (25) - Guil - really bugged. Fix it pls.

Confirm on Fatestealer and relogging or re-acquiring the quest does nothing for me. I have found that on various quests the 'using' of items in the environment takes a couple tries.

Confirmed this is still bugged. On another post folks were talking about this being a player only quest - I agree.

Even with only 2-3 others running around it's still a pain in the hindside to get people to either a) work together or b) stop touching things.

Please get this quest fixed so we can move forward.

Catch the lightning:

Quest hand is back where you originally picked up the quest (across the bridge). The marker is in the wrong spot and resets itself as you cross the bridge.

School Daze: you don't need to interact with the student by the pond. Just put the fountains in the correct order, kill the croc that spawns, and you're done, the problem is other people messing up the puzzle.

Catch the lightning still bugged, also there are floating bottles on the temple where the quest marker points.
Had to come here to find the correct location to turn in.

Trying to complete circus of cheerful slaughter and I can't leave the area to finish the quest. I pick up the book then it gets stuck on the loading screen

To complete Catch the Lightning you can go back where you met Gathotar the first time (in the small tower after the bridge) - you will be able to validate your quest !

Wow has school daze really been bugged since April 7th? cause it is still not working saw 10 people running around like chickens with heir heads cut off trying to complete. if so that is really sad.

I completed School Daze one month ago with another char now with my twink it doesn`t work anymore. I can`t interact with the fountains well i can press e but nothing happens. And the quest description is only TRACKER GOAL TEXT. Obvisouly not translated.

Edit: I just made it accidently randomly pressed e several times at each fountain it worked.
