I would wager that by tomorrow morning, when the bosses get back to work and realize that the peasants are gathering with their pitchforks and torches, that the grace period will get extended. But till then, I need more Buffy GIFs and Dexter episodes.

If the retailer is not able to resolve the issue players may consider cancelling their order and placing a new order with another merchant who can ensure launch day delivery.
In addition, the game is available for digital download from https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/store.
Thank you for your continued interest and support!

I've seen the "grace period" go as long as an extra week and a half on LARGE MMO launches just like this one. This is so sad. I'm glad I ordered two day shipping but my game still isn't here. I have to wait until tomorrow. Thank God I have tomorrow off and I worked today, otherwise this forum would likely have made me very upset.

Best not to act like an arrogant jerk over the internet, mk?
I'd get offended....
but the fact that you're getting torn apart right now by others satisfies me enough where I don't have too.
This is ZOS, not Bethesda. Just sayin.Gierolf_Whitecoatb16_ESO wrote: »thegamekittenub17_ESO wrote: »otomodachi wrote: »
That must be the guys at Zenimax while they read our posts and laugh....
Or Blizzard after Zenimax chased away customers...XD
Ive already Boycotted Blizzard for stupid marketing ploys. I hate to have to do it to Bethesda over this too, but its looking like it might need to be that way.

So if it is taking a while for you to receive your copy then that is a fault of your retailer not Zenimax. And just so no one thinks its different with the digital. Some received their codes sooner others later depending on were they purchased the game because most retailers had the codes much sooner than the games impending release but were to wait until a agreed upon time and day to send them to their costumers. So again if you had trouble getting your purchase start looking toward the guy you purchased it from which in this case is more than likely not zenimax the developer.
Sigh....another fanboi,
Yes, it is ZOS's fault. Retailers have been dropping the ball on releases, we know this. Guess what? MMO companies have mostly prepared for this by extending grace periods. EA gave swtor a total of 10 days to have your code entered. The 10 days counted towards your first free 30 days.
Its sad when EA, a company thats known for nickle and diming its customers, handled this better than ZOS is.

Says the guy acting like an arrogant jerk over the internet, while not contributing anything to the OP. Oh, the hypocrisy is strong with this one. Delicious.
