bank reset to level 1 (*update - resolved April 18/19)

This happened to me last night. Bank slots were up to 110 and I banked 20k+ gold....gone.

Well this has now happened to me twice....I have now received 4 sets of the explorer pack items but have lost 30 bank slots on both occasion, 15k gold & 56 items. I have had no contact at all since the second bank reset which is extremely disappointing indeed

Just happened to me as well. Was switching to an alt to craft some items for a guild-mate and ran to an anvil and had no crafting mats available. Ran to my bank and saw everything was gone and i was back to 60 slots (from only 70). I submitted a report then noticed I had three unread emails -- all for the digital Imperial upgrade bonuses which I bought back on April 6th. Hope they can fix this sooner rather than later.

I got the following email regarding this issue which happened to me on the 4th of April. Email received on the 12th:

Greetings Adventurer!

Thank you for your report. We are investigating the issue with player banks losing items. We are confident at this time that no items have been lost, and that we will be able to return your belongings to you in a future patch.

I'd like to apologize for the inconvenience, please bear with us as we figure out the solution to this problem.

In my case I didn't lose any items, only bank inventory slots and some small amount of gold.

No estimate on when it will be fixed ("a future patch") and no indication whether the bank expansions will be refunded or returned.
