Friend sent me ESO 2025 Pass activation code before new year as a small gift. I can't activate it in official website, i tried to write to support, they were unable to help me, due to sanctions and so on. But what sanctions that could be, that i can't activate code, which friend from Europe gifted to me? I tried to change account of my region - support were sending weird responses but was not able to help.
I'm fighting with support more than 3 months already and zero result. Last ticket just was closed without any explanations.
Maybe some ZOS employees or community managers will be able to help me with this somehow? I need changing of region of my account OR activation of code.
