I bought the most expensive version and I'm gonna be one of the last people playing… Figure that one out

So to explain in depth, I dropped $120 on this game and I had no early access, no launch play, and I have to wait a week or two before I can play. I've never had such horrible customer service in my life.

If you are referring to the Amazon issue, you may never get it. They're updating shipping dates but that's based on the estimated time they may get another shipment.

This is why I buy always directly from the producer. On a brighter side - when you get into game at least the starting zones will not look like Walmart on the Black Friday

its funny how you say not to do business with amazon when ive bought atleast 10+ games including collectors editions, and never had a problem up until today. Quit blaming it all on" online retailors suck" because it isnt the case. Clearly ZOS and Amazon werent communicating. My standing with amazon has been wonderful for 5+ years up until today.

ZOS hasn't been communicating much with anyone not just Amazon.

Looks like ZOS doesn't care for the people who dropped $120 on this game and its a shame too. This game is going free 2 play at the rate its going

But in my case, ZeniMax / Bethesda didn't appear to offer the physical version for delivery in my country, so if I wanted the physical edition (I wanted the book and didn't mind having media) I had to order from a second party, i.e. retailer.

Though in my case EB Games shipped via courier yesterday and it arrived this Friday morning around 10am.

Sorry to hear of @PhoneySpring646's problems.

Damn... I really feel sympathy for you. I tried to preorder the most expensive boxed version of the game here in Denmark, but they didn't have any left in the stores and offered me to write me on a list, so that I could get all the stuff a week after the official launch .... I ended up preordering the most expensive digital pack on the internet instead I wanted that statue too, but I couldn't wait. I even travelled between Sweden and Denmark, asked stores in 3 big cities and called a bunch of them, they were all sold out Baaah at least I have 3 pets I can show off now :P

A norwegian onlineretailer still have the imperial edition for sale!

I'd hate to say it, but the only way to go for ANY preorder of ANY game, as I found out the hard way years ago, is GameStop. I paid for next-day shipping and left work early yesterday to pick up my box from my UPS place, and I was up and running on Day 1. I also got all of my free preview game codes sent to me in a timely fashion. No, I don't work for Gamestop, and they have their own issues, but getting you games on day 1 isn't one of them.

Interesting to hear GameStop are sometimes good. Whole load of people on another thread have had massive issues with them this time.

At least you arent like some people, paid 60-100 dollars and can't play their free month because they don't have the 15 bucks in their account to authorize their credit card. So some have to wait till pay day, and others have to wait a month before they can play. Some not at all, and have to return their games.

Really? Hopefully that doesn't happen to me because I'm only playing the free 30 days. After that I'm waiting till it goes free 2 play.
