PTS Update 47 - Bug Reports for New Dungeons (Naj-Caldeesh and Black Gem Foundry)

The drawbridge in naj-caldeesh seems very buggy. If you mess around just a bit with the pressure plates, the bridge will remain stuck, forcing a instance reset. Seems to happen if you activate them too fast before the quest npcs finishes talking, or if you step off before the bridge is fully down.

If you overpush the first boss in Black gem foundry too fast, you will get 2 yellow areas that shoot the player to the other side of the room, effectively causing the group to wipe

yeah the drawbridge bug in Naj happened to us too, team did it so quick before the 4th person joined the instance so when the 4th joined the bridge came back up. maybe its related to that somehow

Yes, every time someone joins the instance, the RP starts over again. Part of the RP is that the bridge closes, so if its opened by the players and someone joins, the RP will close the bridge and the instance is doomed.

As I mentioned in the feedback thread for Naj Caldeesh, we had one pull in PTS week 2 where Bar-Sakka became stuck rolling around the room.

We ended up wiping by jumped into the AoEs. This bug did not occur on the next pull.

We couldn't use the door to exit so our only option was to PTE.

Edit: Rewatching that clip, I see that it was in a stun animation when the boss died. I was using Mass Hysteria for AoE Major Cowardice and had feared it shortly before the boss died. I'm guessing that it being stunned interfered with the end-of-encounter cleanup script.

Black Gem Foundry: We completed the dungeon today on HM within the 30-minute speedrun limit and did not get the speedrun achievement.

• It was 27:30 from the first engagement to the end, less than the stated 30 limit, but more than the 25 that's usually used as the limit.
• We killed the first optional encounter but skipped the latter two.
• We did wait for a long time in the "lobby" of the dungeon (before taking the portal).
• (Since we were aware of another group that failed to get the SR achievement last night despite coming in under time, we were careful to ensure that we got everything in the quarry area.)

Naj Caldeesh: I was able to successfully reproduce the bug that I reported in post #8 by stunning an add shortly before the boss died. It was still in a stunned state when the boss died, and it failed to despawn and became immortal.
