Transmute Reward DLC-Dungeon broken?

For the last 15 vDLC-Pledge Transmutes Rewards me and my Mates always got 2 Transmutes. Is it broken or am i and my Mates just that unlucky? I also dont get why they don't just make it 5-10 Transmutes to reflect more on the Basegame-Rewards.

The DLC Pledge Transmute Geode has been "bugged" and rewarding less Transmute Crystals than it's supposed to be for almost 15 months now (ever since Update 41 which released on March 11, 2024).
