4 key DLC HM pledge reward from Urgarlag gives less than 5 transmutes from uncracked geode

The non DLC pledge rewards for HM, give Transmutation Geodes that open up and give 5 transmute stones. But the Vet DLC HM reward only gives like 3 stones.
Shouldnt the Vet DLC HM give at least 5? why is it giving less? this is obviously a bug that should be fixed...
