I noticed this when I was able to 'collect' an already bound item from before the patch today. All of the three new PvP sets "arkays charity', 'blackfeather flight' and 'lamp knights art' have completely reset in my collections and now everything I collected and bound from before today are gone completely.

I spent lot of gold on filling collection for one of new sets, so I won't be participating in this Cyrodiil test if it resets collected items :'(1
