Next Tuesday, February 18 at 2pm EST/7pm GMT, we are planning to test some changes affecting performance in Cyrodiil and we'd like to invite you to hop in! Gather up your guildies and friends and plan to fight specifically at Castle Roebeck. We're looking for you to group up and zerg (yep, you read that right) while we gather some data on the backend. Some of our Devs also plan to join, so bring your best gear and have fun!
Given this is on the PTS and we'll be flipping some switches around on our end periodically, the experience may not always be smooth and should not be indicative of what to expect on the Live server.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Will this be on Blackreach or Vengeance?
Will PCNA players have their actual characters or will we need to make new ones?
How long do you expect this to last, since this is right at the same time as guild trader flip on the live server so many of us will be late?

It will be on Blackreach and we will not be doing a fresh character copy (it's currently on EU) so if you normally play on NA, please leverage the PTS templates.
Internally, we have this test earmarked until 4pm EST at the latest but there could be a world where it ends a little earlier.
I'm not sure you'll see the population you're looking for, given that it is during the middle of the day for all of NA on a workday.. better hope the EU crowd turns up for this.
Perhaps scheduling time on a weekend during the day might be better for future tests of this nature?

Hi Gina, If you want unpaid workers to test your game. Your management needs to approve having your staff work during peak play hours. ZOS seams to always schedule things when the least amount of people/players are available.

I think it is more of a... they can't replicate the live experience even if they put in hundreds of bots to simulate it. Bots just don't move/cast the same way we do. This is EU prime time (EU is often left out of stuff or gets hurt by maintenance timings) so this might not be as big of an issue.
I could be 100% wrong on this. Just trying to give ZoS some credit here for their actions recently.

Did you even read what I said? Unpaid workers are you and me, not bots. As to giving them credit...lol. They used the credit up years ago. They have a record for not fixing things or keeping their promises.
I actually cant log into PTS because Im not recieving my code to log in.

Maybe they could think of a nice reward for the people that join this test, like a bit of crowns or a special title like 'Helping Hands' or something.
