Really?! I wish that would have been possible the first time. I had been lucky with Trueflame, but killing bosses for 10 hours to get Sunna'rah wasn't exactly fun (and running dolmens without even getting the drop even less - and then the event was over, couldn't even try to get the other ones; well, got the ones that interested me most for roleplay reasons, at least).

I have the same problem with the indriks with all these events. I occasionally skip an event because I am busy or don't feel like it, and I end up almost never being able to buy old rewards if I also want to get the current ones. Spending extra time you might have during one event won't even help you. Only spending money on event tickets (which I refuse to do).

This is the kind of catch-up thing people have been asking for, it's a brand new event, and honestly it's what the anniversary should have been, and it's "the same crap?"
It sounds like you want time-restricted quests and content. And that is something that the ESO playerbase is very against (ask anyone here how they feel about FOMO). In fact, the only thing that ZOS has confirmed about the upcoming seasons is that the content added will not evaporate once the season has finished, which does tend to happen in games with a season pass model.
You do you, of course, but to complain about this event when it is exactly what players have been asking for for a while now, and hasn't even been announced outside of PTS, let alone hasn't happened yet is certainly a choice.
