I mean the shortage of game activity you had to do in this new system. It feels like a joke from who ever came up with this.

@ZOS_Kevin The article says you only need to choose 2 activities out of 4 to get both the rewards, or at least this is what I am understanding from how it is phrased...
Could you please clarify if there is an error in the article or if the Golden Pursuit is not working as intended?
I ask also because having to compete 4/4 activities can "scare" some players about the future of this feature: we were hoping to have a choice in which activities to complete and which to skip. Obviously it is not a problem this time around, but understanding better the vision would help us, thanks!
Sorry if you already explained this stuff elsewhere and I missed it!

We have a gazillion homes listed for visiting thanks to the recent Home Tours feature. Also, apparently your own homes count for that too (not tested myself, but many people said that).

I think it's just that ESO players are constantly getting new features that aren't actually.... features? I mean, seriously; easy rewards are nice.... but with how they announced this I think people were expecting more than just another UI panel with a list of simple objectives to complete. Personally, I'm trying to figure out why they even made it it's own "feature" and didn't just make the existing endeavors be what unlocked it over the course of a month or something.ForumSavant wrote: »People are actually upset that the rewards were easy to get?
I think there's a bit of a dilemma over how this sort of system is developed.
If the idea is to keep it short and simple, then it just becomes "Login Rewards meets Endeavours" and for most players it won't be worth the effort - which will be different for different players. Take this opening edition, 5 writs and entering your house twice for an adornment most will never use isn't really anything demanding - but then killing a world boss and doing a public dungeon aren't things I'd be able to do quickly, and for a costume I've no interest in it means I won't bother.

And especially this year, this is the second "new feature" that has been something like this by the way (ie home tours, the new housing feature that was just a UI panel to list houses and not actually something to increase our time in the game or that would alter how we chose to spend our time in it).
While I appreciate that you're doing..something, I've honestly been very disappointed with the lack of actual/engaging content in the game overall lately, and this just feels like a lazy way to try to keep people interested with more "rewards" (in my opinion)

Didn't disappoint.
The more FOMO they can generate, the more players will feel compelled to 'get all the things.'

Golden Pursuit was that it?
Cool costume yes but I finished it in 10 min? Is that all there is in this new system?
I thought there were more game activity to it then 10min

You don't have to be in a guild. You can use the home tours feature under activities.

Who exactly is dissatisfied with the fact that the rewards are too easy to get? The real question is: why spend so much time developing a system that looks almost identical to the one we already have, presenting it as some kind of achievement or a significant major update? And all this while the game has been in a very poor state for seven months now, with absolutely no proper response about what is being done to fix it or whether we can expect bug fixes in a reasonable timeframe.
Seriously, 2 rewards for quests that take about 30 minutes to complete. What was wrong with Endeavors for distributing items like that?
