You aren't a customer. You made the unfortunate decision to use one of ZOS's ENDORSED shipping partners to receive a physical copy of the game, and as far as I can tell, that has made ZOS very angry with you and me both. Makes you wonder why a company that isn't willing to stand behind the delivery of their physical product even bothered to produce such a product in the first place...
Just wanted to point out that Zenimax cannot determine who has actually purchased a retail edition just from having an early access code redeemed on an account. Anyone could pre-order, receive the early access code and then cancel the pre-order. When the early access code is redeemed Zenimax have no way of knowing whether anyone has cancelled the pre-order or not.dalethionb16_ESO wrote: »Agreed! We have the Early Access code tied to our account, so we clearly have the game, why kick us out? I preordered on EBGames and the tracking code they sent me shows that expected delivery is April 8th.
Sad truth is that Zenimax is pretty happy with that situation. My father works in mondial delivery and tells me that Companies prefer progressive connections than all customers connected at the the same time. Just look forum, they cant handle current number of customers. We are just not a priority for them.

As of right now, yes. That is the case Kadal. It's an amateur move from an amateur company.
