I often view the forums on a mobile device, and — assuming you're referring to the big blue box full of announcements at the top of the page — you just have to scroll down to no longer see the announcements.
It'd be a much bigger issue if it scrolled with the window, but thankfully it's just fixed in place at the top of the page.

I often view the forums on a mobile device, and — assuming you're referring to the big blue box full of announcements at the top of the page — you just have to scroll down to no longer see the announcements.
It'd be a much bigger issue if it scrolled with the window, but thankfully it's just fixed in place at the top of the page.
It may not be an issue for some but it is for me. This is not the normal way this behaves and it only seems to be doing it on the English forums. It is an obvious glitch and bears looking into.
