Predicant Maera doesn't sell anything

I wanted to buy an « Alliance Banner-Bearer`s Certificate » but talking to Predicant Maera, she doesn't seem to sell anything anymore? Am I missing something?
Have the items she was usually selling been attributed to another seller?

If he doesn’t have them, the style pages you get from combining the emblems also come from the curated 2-ticket bags.

The last time I bought this (which was over a year ago), the thing to combine the fragments showed up in the vendor inventory only when I had the fragments in my inventory. I had the fragments in my bank, couldn't buy the combiner, and had to withdraw them first before I could buy the combiner. So maybe you need to make sure you have the things in your inventory and not your bank.

@thiste I can confirm now that if you have the emblems actually in your inventory that the impressario's assistant. Philius Dormier does sell the certificates

OK so I just tried and Predicant Maera still doesn't sell anything.

However, like FreeSpirit mentions, the Impressario's Assistant does sell the certificate if you have the emblems on you, but ONLY if you have entered the Whitestrake's Mayhem (ie if you have done Predicant Maera's introductory quest). If you don't meet both of those conditions, the certificates won't appear in the Assistant's list of what he sells.

Right, Maera isn't going to sell anything anymore. They even took away her Pelinal's Scroll.

For what it's worth, I do see the certificate, license, and endorsement at the assistant even though I don't have the fragments on me, but they are redded out. (I can afford the AP, so the red will be due to my not having the fragments in my inventory.) But it didn't occur to me that they wouldn't show up unless you did the intro quest, since I did that 7 years ago on my main. Thanks for letting us know!
