Alliance Banner-Bearer Licenses unavailable?
Predicate Maera no longer sells the licenses needed with the Alliance Banner-Bearer emblems to create the Alliance staff and shields. These style pages seem to be only in the Bags of Veteran’s Glory. Was this an unintended consequence of removing the physical Pelinal Scroll and making the 100% AP and XP buff automatic? Should I trash the emblems I have from last year?
