Why aren't there capes/cloaks and dragon mounts?

These are models that I reproduced, based on what I knew about the technical characteristics of the game. The execution environment is not the same and with the home computer, I can't do much, I wanted to show a video but it overloaded (the computer I have at home is not very performing unlike the one I have in the office. Unfortunately it is a company computer and I can't use it for personal things).

Edit: I found it. We need to complete Fang Lair and Scalecaller Peak, the two dungeons that were given away free as daily login rewards.
