Witches' Festival decorations still in Alinor after latest patch

I had last logged out right next to some Witches' Festival decorations that were in Alinor. After the patch, I logged in -- and they're still there. 
Wayshrined out all the way across the map to Vvardenfell, then Western Skyrim, and back to Alinor. Still there. Perhaps they're cursed?

Thanks for the precise example. Gina's patch notes for the patch that occurred on April 21 said, in part:
'Stray Witches Festival decorations are now properly stored away until the actual holiday arrives.'

I just now went to the Evermore wayshrine in Bangkorai and, indeed, it is fully decorated for the Witches Festival, replete with pumpkins, jack-o-lanterns and piles of straw.
Looks like that part of the patch didn't work or was incomplete. @ZOS_GinaBrunoPC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo0 -

They aren't REAL dead crows. You think the Duke would stand for that? No, they are just decorations, using fallen feathers picked up from the ground and decorative wax.
REAL dead crows would be a stinky health hazard-- Can you IMAGINE the horror of the snooty Altmer in Alinor if there were actual dead crows hanging around???? Fear not, they are just decorations, and no crows were harmed in the process.6 -
