Spammable type of damage coupled with damage deflection (if used as spammable constant damage mitigation) and an incredibly strong healing buff.

So average PvP build having 30k HP will recieve 2,4k ADDITIONAL unavoidable damage, while under 50% this will be 4,8k of ADDITIONAL unavoidable damage on top of regular skill damage + it gives major breach and has 28 meters range. ROTFL! I think, I'll pass pvp for few months (up to next update) so the dust will set down and things will get balanced.

I guess this is the Dev's solution for blockcasting heals in execute range, or shield and hen heal cast in execute range.
