    I lost the two bank upgrades that I had purchased. As well as the 15+ items that were in the extra slots. 4000g and nice loot gone. :-(

    They will probably give back unique items, but not likely other stuff. Besides the downtime, issues like this in early access is why they extended the free gametime a couple more days for early access folks.

    Yet another problem with the launch. Early access ends before people get their normal access codes, vendors over-sell inventory, half of the quests are bugged, subscriptions are required just to get access to the game, and now all your inventory is subject to just disappearing. Want it back? Just play more. And if it disappears again? Play more. And the more you play, the more you pay. Just another way these 30 free days that we all paid good money for are being completely ruined.

    Yeah, actually, some of the people that've had this problem resolved haven't gotten their gold back or their bank slots, or any item that wasn't a pre-order bonus, and some of them the problem has also recurred.

    My experience of this is I've been waiting two days for any response to my ticket about my bank upgrades vanishing twice. I don't know if they will catch up with a backlog and give me back my 2k gold that I spent, but somehow I doubt it.
    I consider myself lucky I had under full utilisation both times when they glitched, because I didnt lose any items, as I use other alt's to store things each time i fill the bank.

    Does anyone really think they give a crap at all? You don't own your items. Zenimax has sold you a service by which you access bows, swords, and shields which remain the property of Zenimax. By swinging these swords, shooting the arrows, or bashing mudcrabs with the shields, you accept the Zenimax EULA. Weapons and armor remain property of Zenimax and/or Manimarco LTD and may be repossessed, destroyed, or vanished at any time without compensation. Gold is subject to taxation and confiscation at any time. Suck it up.

    When I earn it in game, it's mine, and if they want to take it back, that's when I Cancel Sub and find another way to enjoy my spare time!

    So now they have to decide how many people are going to cancel subscriptions based on this bug. Then they figure out how much it costs to fix the bug. And they will fix it depending on which way the scales tilt.

    I seriously hope no one believes this nonsense. Of course they're working on a fix, things bug in an MMO, I know this is shocking but let's be patient and wait before we join the mob, okay?

    I don't want to burst your bubble, kiddo, but that's how business works. A media conglomerate worth US$1.2 billion doesn't get to be worth that much by trying to play nice-time-happy-feels with $15/month customers when it's trying to maximize revenue. Bethesda is a great studio that does great things on its own, but when Zeni becomes more than parent company and starts pushing this product the way it has, I think we can see the type of issues and why they stem from that kind of corporate mindset.

    That's not a solution, that's just throwing a tantrum, and it doesn't benefit anyone. If this had been going on for months, I'd be inclined to agree with you, but the game's been in full release for a week. We've had confirmation that they're working on this issue. Crying that you're going to go running to Wildstar isn't a better option either. Here's the thing, it's going to be borked at launch in its own unique ways.
