It's official, Sunna'rah is the worst farm for me personally.

Some ESO players who say "enjoy the grind" are either blessed with parents money and plenty of time or masochists. Maybe both.

Having played ESO continuously these past 10 years, I wonder if it's fair to draw a distinction between the game and the forum, in the sense that what goes on in the forum isn't perhaps representative of what goes on in the game?
Ok perhaps. However I have to ask, what do we do then if you're wrong? It just sounds like you're placing a 50/50 risk assessment on any post having accuracy regardless of its contents. What if what they're saying is proven true. I hear stuff like this often and if posting on the forums, even those of us posting who have experience and been with the game for years doesn't matter...
Then what does? How do we break out of the 50/50. Is it based on those we approve of or merits of the post?
I wasn't quoting you or directly replying to your post, I was influenced more by spartaxoxo's post really. I wondered whether the community people experience on the forum is different to the one they experience in the game.
For one thing. we know that a lot of the negative posts on the forum come from people who aren't actively playing the game. For another, we often read here from some how dead the game is, while others report seeing record numbers of players in multiple areas of the game and not just in event areas. We are only presented with the Steam chart figures when they're in decline, never when they're in the ascendancy.
So I think it's fair to question whether there are two different communities, one on the forum and a different one in the game. But then I was only asking the question, not making a definitive statement.
