Really ? Maligraphic Ichor looted in Infinite Archive even if I already got "Ichor Most Malevolent"

Even though I already have the "Ichor Most Malevolent" Achievement, I still received the Maligraphic Ichor which is of absolutely no use to me and I had to destroy it.
Is it possible to get some useful item instead?

danko355✭✭✭I don’t think that destroying it is a good idea. It only takes 1 inventory slot to keep it, and they may add other rewards for it in the future.0 -

It happened to me too.
It is a shame, because we could have other fragments, that are very very rare (too much rare!), instead of those we have already collected.
The only thing to do is to destroy this inutility.
This game gives us bad rewards , few and not satisfactory rewards

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
feel free to stop by and use the facilities0 -

Had the feeling, that the game needed that day to recognise, that it shouldn't drop them anymore.0 -

they will continue to drop still, they are just insanely rare as drops since they guaranteed from the dailyplays PC/NA

✭✭I still get all of these too... I haven't destroyed them yet, but it is kind of annoying to get one you don't need when there are still some you do need.
Maybe they will give us the ability to sell them for fortunes or gold?Playing since beta...1 -

I can't think of a single collectable fragment that has been repurposed later for a different use. You always collect X number of them, combine to make reward Y, then you're done with them.
However, I still agree you shouldn't destroy them for now. ZOS may have made a mistake making them bound. ZOS may make them tradable in the future (like most collectable fragments), so banking them for now could be valuable.
